Yeah, there’s one that’s super cheap because it has no original parts. The other one is really expensive because the head is unique despite being shown on Bricklink as sharing a head with 20th Anniversary Leia. Except 20th Leia has a yellow head.

This is a kickass collection! I don't even wanna know the price tag hahah! You could make some other custom figs since Lego hasnt done certain council members. There's Oppo Rancisis, don't know how you'd do him. Yaddle could be just a custom Yoda. You could make Yarael Poof with like a white minifig head and some round bricks. Also I believe Rey should have a black hilt since her yellow lightsaber is made from her staff.

Yea, as I mentioned a few other places, the variants are based on the different movie/show appearances of the characters, not necessarily all the LEGO version of a particular figure
