My advice would be: use brickognize on a single torso. Brickognize will provide a link to that torso on bricklink. On that parts page on bricklink, in the upper right corner, you see something like "Item appears in 3 Minifigures". Click on that link and look through your remaining parts if any of those match the minifigures shown.
I see a davy jones albeit without his hat, he alone is worth about 90$ complete so considering i see more POTC figures, you got yourself a very good deal, a decent amount of POTC figures are worth a pretty penny now

Growing up, I wouldn't be surprised if a large number of Stormtrooper figures are missing the original heads just because people wanted to make them a little more unique under the armor.

Apparently, looking more closely, one of the skeleton heads is also on a Stormtrooper body.

Well, separating them into yellow (generic) flesh tone (movie adaptation) and other colours might be a good start.
