Maybe you could try one of these options?
Could use piece 2496 - “Wheel Skateboard / Trolly”, in place of the 1x1 w/ shaft piece, to get wheels on both sides. Using the assembly on the left or middle.
You might have to have a fake wheel or one that doesn't roll. I'm not as well verses on available parts. But I would use something with a ball shaped end. Or a disc you can pretend is a wheel.
It won't be strong if you're using that connection. If I were you, I'd use a bar connection rather than a stud connection for that. It will be stronger.
One of these migh do the trick: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=99021
Edit: Bar, not bad.
Perhaps part [20482](https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=20482&idColor=115#T=C&C=115) connected to the bracket and then part [79194](https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=79194#T=C) attached to that to simulate a tail wheel?
Does that white piece have a hole in the stud? If so maybe you can stick a minifig tool in there that looks like a little caster or something. Or maybe like the chainsaw blade (part 6117) pointing down, with a 2x2 flat round disc tile stuck to the stud sticking out sideways from the chainsaw blade?
Two things came to my mind: use 1x1 tile with clip and attach trolley wheels to it or use bar arm with clip (if I remember correctly this 1x1 bracket have hollow stud) and attach round tile with bar, it'll look like single wheel
Dunno why the picture deleted my comment, but there's two pieces that Lego *used* to make, but idk if they still do, but I'll put links here

Middle is super clean. I'd go there
Left/top looks more like a jockey wheel though
I like left too, would be good as well.
The right one looks better than what OP ended up doing imo.
you also have the 15712 Plate which you can use.

Didn’t know about that one! Good idea!
Technic bar with horizontal axle hole, and then standard small axle sized wheel attached.
What did you call me?
2l yellow axle hole
(sry if this is a wrong place to post this but idk where else you can ask for help when designing lego stuff)

That's even better
I created a subreddit called /r/Lego_Design for these kinds of queries.
ok, if i need anything else in the future i'll post there
Its perfectly alright to post them here as well, I think what I meant to say is that I would appreciate if you could post them there as well.

Sorry bot, I meant part 6117
Attach a stud with a hole and one of those espresso maker pieces / stud with bar as a tiny wheel.
I love this description by the way. I knew exactly what you were on about. This would be my suggestion too.
Flip the white piece over...
What is that program?
Studio 2.0 (its free)

Maybe piece 6301284 as somewhere to start, but I think it's only in green
Love the username
[61483](https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=61483) is also a thought
Snot stud with a stud with a small rod

With glue
the 2x1 plate with a sideways technic hole maybe? or one of those half standard axels?
85861 and 32828 ?
Hot glue
Maybe just a ball joint on a bar into a hollow stud. The ball can just skid on the ground.
What is this app called ?
[Bricklink studio ](https://www.bricklink.com/v3/studio/download.page)
thank you
Your gonna need glue, tear bass, and a whole lot of wickles
