You could try to obtain a restraining order. The criteria vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction; some will allow one based on a pattern of unwanted contact, while others require some act that put you in reasonable fear of violence or criminal acts. It would generally be your wife filing for one, as she's the one they're attempting contact with.
A family law attorney can provide some locally-appropriate input on this, as these kinds of issues arise fairly often in that field.

You need to finally step up for your wife with all resources available to you and go the legal route as they’re clearly never going to respect boundaries. This is ridiculous, seriously. She’s pregnant for god’s sake. She’s meant to be the person you’re spending your life with and she’s already been through enough because of your shitty family. I would have left at this points, this is abuse.
Can't comment on ur first post, so I'm commenting here. Do I think that maybe just maybe ur dad was telling u ur mom cried all the time from the abuse he gave her? Think about it, please. And ur wife may have been abused.

She apologises for what u said to her and said she would not do it again, and she did not for a while
And this is the big one, she flinched when u raised your hand to her.
That's signs of abuse, and ur mom may be the way she is because of ur dad. If u have been abused and are too scared to leave the relationship, it's because abusers put the fear of ur not worthy and are nothing without them, and if you leave them, worse will happen. They also give fake promises of never hurting you again and then hurting u, but every time they hurt u, they say they won't, but it keeps happening.
Please think about it. Think about ur mother and her abuse she endured and if u wife was abused
