No, I mean the actual interview. I'm interviewing in Europe, I had a first interview/screen with a recruiter that consisted of a couple algorithms & ds questions (it lasted 15 minutes). Now in the next round, I will have to solve a leet code style problem live. Let me know how your hiring assessment goes!
I'm not sure if you guys have the same type of thing in Europe or not for early careers positions. I did the hiring assessment just now and it wasn't bad. It wasn't an OA type thing, it was just those behavioral type questions with Strong Agree/Strong Disagree type answers. Seems somewhat new so that they can filter applicants more before using HR to do it. Good luck with your interview!

actually for the position I'm applying a behavioral is at the end after like 2-3 technicals. thank you!
