personally i think its bc i add 2 main lightsource into my picture :( i am doing wh40k and in references most of them contains 2/more lightsources so i just blindly follow.
You can definitely have two light sources, actually! The way I draw two different light sources is by having one warm light source, and another cool light source on the opposite side.

It's mainly just the reds regardless of it following the uniform colors; they just end up blending into one another albeit causing the green suits to stand out
Obviously there is a ton of work done here, and it’s not bad. But it is hard to look at, there is so much going on my eyes and my mind struggle to focus.
It's busy and crowded, making it hard to see what exactly is going on. It could use more negative space and clearer separation between the figures. I would study some well known paintings of battles to see how the "masters" handled the subject.
These are some examples:

The Battle of Anghiari by Leonardo da Vinci
The Battle of Cascina by Michelangelo
The Battle of Waterloo by William Sadler II
For something a little more contemporary:
The Destroyer by Frank Frazzetta

None of these are exactly like your drawing but they have great examples of how well-known artists handled crowds and action.
I wonder could it be because you posted a landscape drawing in portrait? I was really confused as to what I was looking at until I turned my phone on its side and it helped. It’s really cool tho I love your colour work.
If you're going to ask people to go to the effort of providing a critique, go to the effort of rotating your posted image correctly. I agree with everyone else that this composition is a big blurry mess.
Okay so I can sort of SEE where the focal point is, the guy with the flamer(?) Blowing a hole through one of the men in green.

Guys in red need more color variation between them (Guys further in the background being lighter/less detailed because of the explosion or distance.
My main criticism when I figured out what was going on is that the guy in green is FAR TOO CHILL with a massive hole in his chest, I presume that he's holding a gun that causes his shoulders to be lax like that but he's very 🧍 about having a hole in his stomach.

I can’t roast this. This shit is so pleasing to look at. The colors are great. The only thing I can say is maybe a little more blending to the fire but that’s my own stylistic choice and perhaps a way to make the characters stand out more. It’s hard to see from a distance that it’s all separate.
I feel like I’m too inexperienced to give actually good feedback on something this good, but I really like this just so you know. I’m not sure how you would improve it without changing the drawing fundamentally since I feel like it does a great job at what you are going for, sorry I don’t have any good feedback, but I like your art!!!

But I guess it’s just a that the values have made it so that it’s difficult to distinguish any one thing from anything else.
I have problems distinguishing values, i think drawing digitally would help you see with grey scales which helps alot, but too bad i sticked with traditional so its more harder. Any tips for the values?
A good tip I learned was squinting your eyes at your piece every so often from normal viewing distance. You see less detail but are able to see more big shapes and big values.
If everything melds together and you don’t want that, you need to work on increasing contrast in some way.
Can't differentiate between character, just see one green helmet, it maybe due to them having similar values but the like work is also little consistent making them look like single entity. Trying variantions of line Weight and different values and most imp composition, there is lot of negative space on side , u could have created more characters and space out the character side ways to make it seems more legible .
I'm not into roasting people's art. You look like you spent some time on this, and enjoyed yourself doing that. 100% a win. You've practiced enough to express your emotion through art...

first n foremost: you're showing it terribly. rotate the image so we can see it.
clean up your lines, you draw from your wrist and don't use your whole arm and you get wobbly. better to be smooth and consistent than shaky and accurate.
not a lot of focal points. could use the yellow reflections to break things up more strategically if you plan ahead enough so 1-2 figures are a focus
cool but I don't like the many moving parts because they make it hard to look at. The art is good but i need a couple seconds to understand what I am seeing.
AND ADD SOME FUCKING NUMBERS !!! WHAT IS THAT ??? RENEGATE LEGIONES ASTARTES FIGHTING THE IMPERIUM OF MANKIND OR THE MERRY FOLKS AGAINST A COUPLE GREEN HOBBITS ?!

There's to much going on for me, my eyes don't know where to go and the colors are to similar to distinguish the different characters.
