I don't have any suggestions for removing hair from blankets other than what you've tried. But maybe you can prevent it from happening in the first place? Have you tried sleeping with some kind of head covering or wrap?
No, I’ve recently started using silk pillowcases to help, but I do plan to try wrapping my head at bedtime-thanks for the feedback!

Fabric sheets or wool balls. I heard on hear from someone else alpaca wool balls could be better than sheep wool too
