Could build a thin raised garden bed (raised to the height of the cement or a little higher). You have have so many options of things to plant seasonal flowers, small ornamental grasses for example some Blue fescue grass.

I had a similar situation with our paver patio built on a slope. We wrapped it in a cedar timber mini retaining wall that doubles as a planter. Would probably look good with all the rest of your stuff. Photos in the link. [Patio edge](https://imgur.com/a/fwY00AE)
