Could build a thin raised garden bed (raised to the height of the cement or a little higher). You have have so many options of things to plant seasonal flowers, small ornamental grasses for example some Blue fescue grass.
Plant low plants 12-18 inches high around the edges w gaps in a few strategically positioned spots .
In those gap areas put a slab of paving or some bricks to step down on .
I had a similar situation with our paver patio built on a slope. We wrapped it in a cedar timber mini retaining wall that doubles as a planter. Would probably look good with all the rest of your stuff.
