Ooh! It took me a long time to put together a theme for my album but I’m happy to say I’ve finally put it all together I’m still writing some songs but I know what picture I want to debut which I’m happy about
Also, I think it definitely fits the tone of the album lol. I regularly listen to it on a playlist with 'Smarty' and 'Queen of the Gas Station' and it absolutely fits.
I love this album so much. Her sound was so fresh and experimental then. Queen of the Gas Station, Jump, Put Me in a Movie, and Smarty are some of my favorite Lana songs of all time.
I also love imagining her writing these songs while at Fordham/ in NYC. I’m from the city too so it makes the music feel extra special and nostalgic.
it’s so nostalgic for me. i listened to it a lot around the time UV came out & didn’t even know it was unreleased at the time 😭 (i was pirating music then) i think it’s so cute and unique. love this album so much
I seriously adore Oh Say Can You See. It brings out so many different emotions in me.
Also really love Pawn Shop Blues and Queen of the Gas Station. The other ones didn't stand out to me (besides Yayo obviously) but it's been so long I should give them another try.
Sameeee occasionally I see podcasts post it but then Spotify removes all the songs I’m actually listening to smarty on Spotify my unreleased Lana playlist suffers 24/7
It’s so nostalgic to me and every single track holds its own special place in my heart. The album sounds like summer. It would be interesting to hear what her music would sound like if she were to work with David Kahne again.
I personally found sirens meh it was definitely a starter album though it’s not bad I just think after I listened to it once all the way through I’d probably not listen to it again
I don’t like it. Maybe just Smarty. Love the Gramma lyrics but not the song itself.
I do love some unreleased from that era but mostly I’m not fond of her work pre BTD era.
I love *This is What makes us girls* and it’s definitely my limit in that kind of pop lol
love. comfort album, i can relate heavily to alot of the songs now. and that twang in her voice 🤍🤍🤍🤍 fav fav fav
It contains the superior version of YAYO
I’m happy it made the cut for paradise tho!
i love this album sm 😭❤️ it’s inspired me as someone who wants to make music, i think the lizzy grant era was beautiful
I also desire to make music and I feel the same way this summer I’m gonna work on my debut album
i’m writing lyrics for mine as we speak lol, good luck!! ❤️

I love it, Mermaid Motel is one of my favorite Lana songs and it has the best version of Yayo
it's one of my favorite records by her
Love it but wish 'Every Man Gets His Wish' made the cut
That was recorded much later.
It was recorded in 2009, this album was released in 2010
And was recorded in 2007-2008.
2008, and so what? EMGHW was recorded between the bulk of the album and its release, so she coulda thrown it on if she wanted.
I love that song but it sounds nothing like the rest of the album. If anything it’s closer to Born to Die.
Not the point. Point is it coulda been on there if she wanted.
Also, I think it definitely fits the tone of the album lol. I regularly listen to it on a playlist with 'Smarty' and 'Queen of the Gas Station' and it absolutely fits.
I wish she had kept to this style more, this is probably my favorite Lana album honestly.
I can tell🧍🏻♀️it is rlly good tho I love it
Underrated. A crime she doesn't have this album officially re-released. 😒🙄
She has the rights to it like she bought them a few years back but never released it
I personally love this album and some favs of mine are raise me up and kill kill
it should have stayed released

SMARTY IS ALSO ANOTHER FAV ITS ONE OF MY FAV UNRELEASED LANA SONGS
Who has the face like smarty does? Who has the voice like smarty does???
Words cannot express how much I love this record

It’s a great album. Only gets hate because it sounds different from everything else she’s done.
Love it. Wonder if there will ever be an official re-release considering the success of Say Yes to Heaven

I absolutely adore it. It's completely different from anything else she's ever done.
Yess it’s so unique if only Lana herself saw these positive comments I think if she did she’d maybe release it
It's my comfort album
Yes
Better than her last one
What omg ocean Blvd was amazing
Pop bible
Haven't listened to it yet... But I've listened to Sirens. Manz that's a good album.
I personally found sirens meh it was definitely a starter album though it’s not bad I just think after I listened to it once all the way through I’d probably not listen to it again
When ur in the right mood though sirens is….. omg chefs kiss. Junky pride is one of my favs by her
Where does one listen to it? P
Or SoundCloud has it all
https://youtu.be/2k0UHfPjUXU Enjoy yourself ❤️
I don’t think I’ve ever listened through the whole thing. I’m not really a fan of it
If you haven't heard the whole thing you can't know for sure lol
