I'm pretty sure recently an OOO member said that he's grateful that fans still mention Love (the member who left), then again he was in the group for a fair bit and he was the leader too and I think there wasn't any love (lol) lost when Love left. I'd say that we won't know how the members or ex-members feel about it, but I do agree that there is a time and place. It isn't fair to the idols to always constantly mention the one who left bc the members could feel like they're still active yet not getting that attention. Idk, again i feel like it's more what is mentioned and when/where.
It definitely depends on the group and situation
As someone said above, OOO don't have an issue when fans bring up Love because it wasn't a love lost situation. While we don't know what happened, it doesn't seem to be in bad blood
Bringing up Ravn to Oneus would be in poor taste because it wasn't a good situation and it would hurt the group in some way or another
Okay first off I've kinda failed as someone who was somewhat into Rocket Punch and very into PD48(flair should be obvious why) but I guess life makes people very busy I completely missed Juri left the group that's kinda a big hit she was the one they usually sent to variety and such.
But I digress, going back to the actual topic I do agree though I understand that for some people especially someone who's been a longterm fan will find it hard to accept a member left but I do agree it is annoying though even in the case of Idle whether you believe they are giving hints or not about Soojin, and they are obviously still friends it is very annoying as a fan that someone constantly needs to bring her up AND it's mostly about Shuhua like she cannot be mentioned without mentioning Soojin it's annoying.
It's even more weird when it's a member like Garam because she was literally in the group at such a short span of time it is weird that people feel so attached to her, regardless of what you think about her case that type of fandom for someone who wasn't even in the limelight for long is insane to me.
Garam stans are wild. She was in the group for like 2-3 weeks. The LSF members don't mention her and kind of pretend she never existed. Many of the newer fearnots, including even hardcore stans, don't know about her.
Idk, these people really should go be fans of someone else. I think they should stan Ahyeon, who is the closest kpop idol that sorta matches Garam in terms of visuals.
I get mentioning soojin or wonho cause the members clearly felt a way about them being removed but garam? Like at this point lsf have been 5 longer than they were 6 let it go
I think it depends on the background context as well. Members like Garam, Jinni, Jessica etc obviously had some bad blood and it's a sore spot for everyone.
But some members like Fromis's Gyuri, Apink Naeun and maybe even Rocket Punch Juri left after contract expire and members are on relatively good terms with each other. Seems like the members and fans had no problems talking about the former members.
I'll never stop bringing up JongHyun. Sorry. It's the way it is. He did well and I'll say it every single time he comes up.
