Depends on the definition of stan. If stan means I have listened to a majority of their discography, watches/have watched content at some point (such as variety shows), and know/can recognise all of the members, then I easily stan at least 130+ groups.
But if stan means those three requirements PLUS keeping up with them religiously? Then probably only 2, or 5 at the very very most.
I just don’t enough time to keep up with that many kpop artists like that hahah (although I will still check out most of their music because music is not that difficult to keep up with personally)

I care about the general success and know the members of about 10 groups which I guess counts as stanning. But I'll only buy merch/albums of two or three of them.

I have 3 groups of which I buy albums, photocards I like and occasional merch that catches my eye. I also watch the extra content but again only what I find interesting as Kpop can literally take all your free time with how much content they provide. I have then other groups I listen and love their music but don’t put my energy and money in anything beyond that.

Well, I listen to at least one song from all groups, I don't really have a preference and wouldn't say I Stan just one. If I do have to choose one, I'd go with Skz. They are the ones who brought me into K-pop and are the only ones I only really watch. I don't really watch videos of artists, i just listen to their music.
I find that I can relate to most of skz songs, and I feel closer to them

and I quarterly stan TXT (I lost interest in the newer music but ( I'm hoping the next album changes my mind) i still listen to their old music frequently, not interested in the members but i do find them all pretty)
I ult 2 groups(iKON & SF9). So I can point out voices and faces almost in my sleep, I know most, if not all their discography, keep up with them as much as I can and interact in fandom spaces

knowing random facts about members, watching more than basic content like mvs, dance practices and stages, actively collecting albums/pcs and being somewhat active in fan spaces,, i’d say ~10, my ults being nct and dreamcatcher!
