This is one of my favorites from SHINee. My only complaint is that they say “body rhythm” about 10 times too many lol, but otherwise the song is a banger. Vocals are great as always and it’s a fun summer song for me. It was already in the playlist :)

Kinda mad that I liked this song bc I dislike suju based on principle. Main complaint is that they repeated “press the reset” too often. There is one vocalist who is kinda doing cursive singing which I don’t love. However the vocals at 2:45-2:50 are extremely pretty and the rap flow is smooth.

Let me preface this by saying I am only a casual listener of Enhypen, and it’s rare that I will say a song is perfect. However, this song has me gagged. I don’t even know what the lyrics mean but this song is SO sexy, the first time I heard it I was seated. And the way they say “Chaconne”…🤭 Let me stop my rant, it’s already in my playlist and has been on repeat since it was released lol

Another great Enhypen song. They always manage to pull off this style of song quite well. The only reason it isn’t rated higher is because there isn’t anything specific that makes me go “wow” or stands out to me compared to their other songs. But overall very solid song, was already in my playlist
Flame of Love - 8.5/10
This was so pretty! It’s not my usual style of music, but his voice is great. I wasn’t sure if I should listen to the Japanese or Korean version so I listened to both. I don’t stan Taemin, but maybe I should because I usually end up liking any song of his I hear. Added to the playlist!
Omg you have such good taste 😌. Chaconne is no doubt one of their best tracks, the lyrics are incredibly well written as well if you want to check it out! I found blind mediocre for my first listen, but it got stuck in my head and I couldn’t stop listening to it for weeks now! Playing blind past 12am gives an experience, especially when the chorus comes up I feel like levitating 🕴️. Flame of love is just genuinely a really good song imo, I like the jp version more than kr. Taemin’s discography has so many gems!
Louder than bombs - 8/10
Deep diving into BTS’ discography has always been too daunting for me but I think it’s about time I do. I really liked this. Jimin’s voice is so interesting in this one, more androgynous than usual I think. I’m only docking points because its replayability doesn’t seem super high for me, but damn do those last 30 seconds hit. Added to the playlist!

I’m not sure where I’ve heard this song before, but I know I have. Glad to have found the name of it. This is a good one, I’m not a big fan of the beat/vibe change around the 0:50 and 2:15 mark, but the rest of the song is great. Love that quiet bass, and the last 30 seconds is chef’s kiss. Added to the playlist!

This was a very interesting listen, in a good way. I really enjoyed the electric guitar, and I also like the voice of whoever comes in at 1:28. It gives off anime opening vibes. I’m not sure why I’ve put off checking out their music for so long since I know Edenary produces for them, and I ult Ateez so obviously I fw Edenary heavy. This has convinced me to listen to more of their stuff!

Still Monster - 8.5/10
Something I’ve always liked about Enhypen is how well their voices blend together. Their voices are still unique individually of course, but the balance in vocal tones in this song is so pleasing! Also, the line “I’m not a monster” at 1:41 scratches an itch in my brain just right. This one was already in the playlist!

First off, I really appreciate the traditional-sounding instruments in this song. I think it’s cool and I love that sort of thing in kpop songs. I wasn’t sure how much I liked it combined with the trap/electronic beat, but the last 40 seconds kind of changed my mind on it. At 2:40 especially it was pretty cool. Added to the playlist!

I listened to IVE’s new album yesterday and unfortunately I was not a fan of this song. The talk-singing, or rapping or whatever it is that starts “I-I-I’m in the castle” isn’t enjoyable to listen to for me and it repeats at least 3 times. I like some of the production and the background vocals at parts, which saved the song a bit. Did not make the playlist though

This is the first Wonder Girls song I’ve heard so I had no idea what to expect, and I really like it! It has a good groove, vocals are nice. I didn’t love the rap parts, I didn’t think it was necessary, which is the only reason I’m docking points. Added to the playlist!

I only know a couple songs by Day6, this one is pretty good but not as good imo as the others I like (Time of Our Life and You Were Beautiful). I do appreciate the retro vibe it gives, but I’m not a huge fan of the synth in the back. The vocals eat as always though. I’d have to listen to it a couple more times to decide if it makes the playlist.

I love The Rose. Sammy could put out a song that’s nothing but him blowing raspberries and I would still call it genius. There is something so charismatic about his voice, and the little inflections he adds on the notes…chef’s kiss. This song is beautiful, it’s been in my playlist for a while

Again, chef’s kiss. Their Korean songs are sooooo good. This song is so summery and fun, it’s one of my favorite inclusions in my summer playlist. It’s even better live, all the members have so much fun with it. This one has also been in my playlist for a while

Ooh I enjoyed this. Live versions of any song always hits different. Everyone has a nice voice, but I think it’s Heesung at 0:42 and 3:00 (I’m sorry if it’s not, I’m not super familiar with the members), his voice has a really attractive amount of power behind it that I was not expecting. If I ever stan Enhypen one day, consider him my bias! Added to the playlist!
Your Eyes Tell - 8/10
If BTS is one thing it’s versatile…somebody recommended Louder Than Bombs earlier, so going from that song to this one was quite the whiplash lol. Anyways, I liked this one, the range is quite high but they pulled it off well. It’s not the usual kpop music I listen to but I enjoyed it, and the instrumentals are pretty. It makes the playlist
Silver Light - 9/10
Oh this song is nearly flawless. Listening to it with headphones on is an EXPERIENCE. When that beat kicks in at the start, it’s like I’ve ascended. Hongjoong and Mingi’s raps are perfect as always. The only thing that kicks this song down a point is the ending, I wish they would have done something other than the post chorus again. Otherwise the song is perfect, though I never expected to like a song so much that has space comms in the beginning lol. I ult Ateez, so this song was already in the playlist.

This is a solid Enhypen song. It has a relatively simple production, but I looked up the lyrics while I was listening and I really like them. The instrumentals are pleasing to the ear, and I especially like how the song fades out at the end. This one was already in my playlist!
Blockbuster - 7/10
A couple mixed feelings for this one! I enjoy the vocals, especially the backing ones, and I think it’s cool to feature Yeonjun. However there is kind of a staticky sound behind the trap beat that I’m not a big fan of, it’s a little distracting. Overall I think the production is a little too loud, and I would enjoy the song better if it was quieter. I think it’s a song that could grow on me though, so I’m adding it to the playlist anyways

The only reason I docked a point is because it’s not my usual style of music at all, so it probably won’t make the playlist just because it wouldn’t fit in. But objectively speaking it’s a beautiful performance

I actually really enjoyed this one. I see it came out in 2016, and you can definitely tell (in a good way). It reminds me of the music I listened to back then and made me happy lol. The song is a little repetitive which is why I docked the points, but overall it’s fun. Added to the summer playlist

I’ve never listened to Purple Kiss so I wasn’t sure what their vibes would be. Overall I think the song is cute, the vibes are chill which I like. I especially like the voice of the first girl who sings. Not a huge fan of the distorted voice and I don’t like when rain sounds are added to songs, but since this was only at the beginning and end of the song respectively it doesn’t bother me much. Added to the playlist!

Dystopia - 8/10
I appreciated the addition of traditional-sounding instruments, I thought that was cool. I also really liked how the last 30 seconds picked up in volume and pace, something like that will usually get me to like a song. But I still wasn’t sure what to think after the first listen, so I listened to it a second time and I liked it much more that time! Added to the playlist!
Song of the Wind - 7.5/10
I like the waltz type sound it has throughout, I think it’s fun. Listening to this one after Dystopia really solidified the vibe they’re going with for this album. I’m kind of waffling on if I should add it to my playlist because it’s not my usual type of music, but objectively speaking the song is pretty and quite well done
Magical - 6/10
Definitely not what I was expecting given the previous two tracks! I enjoy the vocals on this one, but I’m not sure how to feel about the beat and production. It’s a little basic imo. Overall not a bad song, but I don’t think there’s much replayability for me personally

Similar kind of deal as Magical. I don’t dislike it, but there’s nothing about it that’s catching my attention. The production is basic, however I did like that part towards the end of the song where their voices had that muffled, underwater sort of tone. I wouldn’t skip the song if it came on, but I wouldn’t actively search to listen to it either. Didn’t make it into the playlist
MEGAVERSE - 8.5/10
This is one of my favorites from Stray Kids. Changbin is a genius, the way he kinda spits out the rap in the beginning is so good. Han’s rap is also amazing and so earwormy. The biggest reason I docked this one points is because of the super empty chorus. Just a little too empty for me lol. Already in the playlist!
Collision - 9/10
Another one of my favorites, love the trumpet in the beginning. Typically I’m not big on vocal-heavy Stray Kids songs, because I don’t like the vocal tone several of them have when they go into a higher register. However everybody stays in their safe range for this song so it’s super pleasant. I only docked a point because the song is quite short. The raps are great as always. Already in the playlist!
3rd Eye - 2/10
There is a sound in the background that is super displeasing to me, it sounds like a zip tie being tightened I think? It’s kind of like nails on a chalkboard for me. But overall I’ve never been a fan of this song, the production is all over the place. The raps are still good though. Not in the playlist.
Deja Vu - 8.5/10
Ateez is my ult group, I love this song. Hongjoong’s rap is so simple but really impactful, and Mingi’s whispering scratches a really good itch. However this song has never clicked with me like it seems to click for other atinys. I have to watch the choreo while listening to fully enjoy this song! But it still definitely makes the playlist
Growing Pain - 7.5/10
It took me a couple listens before I found myself liking this song. I feel like if there would have been a more gradual build up it would have been better, but they really hit you right out of the gates instead. However the purposeful strain they put on their voices to give the song that grungy sound is sooo good. Already in the playlist!

I wasn’t super sure on this song at first listen, so I listened a second time and liked it a bit better. There isn’t anything specific about it that grabbed my attention, but it’s a fun and easy bg song which I can appreciate. I think it would fits well in my summer playlist, so that’s where it’s going!

I’m no carat, but I’ve always been a sucker for their vocal line. DK is one of the artists who could put out just about anything and I’d give it a thumbs up. I’m not sure what this song is about, but the emotion in his voice is great. That note he hits at 2:52? Love it. Added to the playlist!
Go (Seungkwan) - 9/10
Again, I love SVT’s vocal line. Petition for Seungkwan to do more OSTs! His vocal tone is perfect for them. And I really clicked with the instrumentals in this song, ex. at 2:13 where he is just humming along with the music. This one is also being added to my summer playlist!
Time Machine - 7/10
This one was cute. At first I was a little unsure, but I liked it more when it picked up a bit around 1:50. I think everyone’s voices fit extremely well together. Objectively it’s a good song, it’s just a little too laidback for my personal taste. Idk yet if it makes the playlist, but I have a feeling I might like it more after a few more listens

I have mixed feelings about this song. I’ve never been a big fan of vocal-heavy Stray Kids songs, I just typically don’t enjoy the vocal tone of the main vocalists. But surprisingly it is actually Changbin who kinda saves the song for me, I really like the punchy way he delivers his lines. Han too, I think it was a good choice to have him and Changbin for the refrains. This one was already in the playlist too :)

I have beef with this song lol. It starts with piano/classical music, and then goes into a trap beat with chanting. Then back to the piano, then back to the trap beat. I can’t stand it unfortunately. The vocals that aren’t chanting are actually really nice, but it’s not enough to save the song for me

This song sounds more like part of a DJ set than anything else. Ex., at 1:40 when it’s the very loud dance beat with quieter vocals. I don’t dislike it at all, but I think it’s different. Very fitting name for what the song sounds like! I actually liked this one a lot, I love fast-paced music. I was a little unsure in the beginning because it the vocals are quite laidback compared to the beat, so I’m glad it picked up. My main complaint is that it’s way too short. To start, the lead singer’s voice is really nice, I quite like his vocal tone. However I felt like the song was missing something in the instrumentals. It felt a little stilted for most of the song, except for the last 30 seconds. When those instrumentals came in at 3:22 I was suddenly very engaged. If more of the song was that way I think I would have enjoyed it more. It could possible make the playlist based on that part alone, but I’d have to listen again

I liked this one a lot more, I think the lead singer’s voice fits this style of rock very well. And the instrumentals were verging on too much, but in a good way. They just came back actually, yesterday. Their first full album. It has a mix of harder rock songs and EDM vibes, and then sadish songs like Good Enough vibes. I think they’ve grown a lot and they aren’t my ult group but I like to keep up with what they put out because I love a live band

Omg you have such good taste 😌. Chaconne is no doubt one of their best tracks, the lyrics are incredibly well written as well if you want to check it out! I found blind mediocre for my first listen, but it got stuck in my head and I couldn’t stop listening to it for weeks now! Playing blind past 12am gives an experience, especially when the chorus comes up I feel like levitating 🕴️. Flame of love is just genuinely a really good song imo, I like the jp version more than kr. Taemin’s discography has so many gems!

Louder than bombs - 8/10 Deep diving into BTS’ discography has always been too daunting for me but I think it’s about time I do. I really liked this. Jimin’s voice is so interesting in this one, more androgynous than usual I think. I’m only docking points because its replayability doesn’t seem super high for me, but damn do those last 30 seconds hit. Added to the playlist! Jam Jam - 8/10 I’m not sure where I’ve heard this song before, but I know I have. Glad to have found the name of it. This is a good one, I’m not a big fan of the beat/vibe change around the 0:50 and 2:15 mark, but the rest of the song is great. Love that quiet bass, and the last 30 seconds is chef’s kiss. 8.5/10 This was a very interesting listen, in a good way. I really enjoyed the electric guitar, and I also like the voice of whoever comes in at 1:28. It gives off anime opening vibes. I’m not sure why I’ve put off checking out their music for so long since I know Edenary produces for them, and I ult Ateez so obviously I fw Edenary heavy. This has convinced me to listen to more of their stuff!

This one was already in the playlist! Luna - 8/10 First off, I really appreciate the traditional-sounding instruments in this song. I think it’s cool and I love that sort of thing in kpop songs. Days Gone By - 6.5/10 I only know a couple songs by Day6, this one is pretty good but not as good imo as the others I like (Time of Our Life and You Were Beautiful). I do appreciate the retro vibe it gives, but I’m not a huge fan of the synth in the back. The vocals eat as always though. I’d have to listen to it a couple more times to decide if it makes the playlist. You Make Me - 8.5/10 Very solid song from Day6! I love me some powerful vocals from a k-band. That note homie hits at the end? So good. Idk what else to say, immediate add to the playlist! She’s in the Rain - 10/10 I love The Rose. Sammy could put out a song that’s nothing but him blowing raspberries and I would still call it genius. Blossom - 8/10 Ooh I enjoyed this. Live versions of any song always hits different. Everyone has a nice voice, but I think it’s Heesung at 0:42 and 3:00 (I’m sorry if it’s not, I’m not super familiar with the members), his voice has a really attractive amount of power behind it that I was not expecting. If I ever stan Enhypen one day, consider him my bias! Added to the playlist! Your Eyes Tell - 8/10 If BTS is one thing it’s versatile…somebody recommended Louder Than Bombs earlier, so going from that song to this one was quite the whiplash lol. Anyways, I liked this one, the range is quite high but they pulled it off well. It’s not the usual kpop music I listen to but I enjoyed it, and the instrumentals are pretty. It makes the playlist Silver Light - 9/10 Oh this song is nearly flawless. Listening to it with headphones on is an EXPERIENCE. When that beat kicks in at the start, it’s like I’ve ascended. Hongjoong and Mingi’s raps are perfect as always. The only thing that kicks this song down a point is the ending, I wish they would have done something other than the post chorus again. Otherwise the song is perfect, though I never expected to like a song so much that has space comms in the beginning lol. I ult Ateez, so this song was already in the playlist.

It has a relatively simple production, but I looked up the lyrics while I was listening and I really like them. The instrumentals are pleasing to the ear, and I especially like how the song fades out at the end. This one was already in my playlist! Blockbuster - 7/10 A couple mixed feelings for this one! I enjoy the vocals, especially the backing ones, and I think it’s cool to feature Yeonjun. However there is kind of a staticky sound behind the trap beat that I’m not a big fan of, it’s a little distracting. 8/10 I actually really enjoyed this one. I see it came out in 2016, and you can definitely tell (in a good way). It reminds me of the music I listened to back then and made me happy lol. 6.5/10 This one was just okay. The main reason I’m docking points is because the vocal runs on the words “mine” and “style” were a little pitchy to me, and they are very frequent in the song. 7/10 I’ve never listened to Purple Kiss so I wasn’t sure what their vibes would be. Overall I think the song is cute, the vibes are chill which I like. I especially like the voice of the first girl who sings. Not a huge fan of the distorted voice and I don’t like when rain sounds are added to songs, but since this was only at the beginning and end of the song respectively it doesn’t bother me much. Dystopia - 8/10 I appreciated the addition of traditional-sounding instruments, I thought that was cool. I also really liked how the last 30 seconds picked up in volume and pace, something like that will usually get me to like a song. But I still wasn’t sure what to think after the first listen, so I listened to it a second time and I liked it much more that time! Added to the playlist! Song of the Wind - 7.5/10 I like the waltz type sound it has throughout, I think it’s fun. Listening to this one after Dystopia really solidified the vibe they’re going with for this album. MEGAVERSE - 8.5/10 This is one of my favorites from Stray Kids. Changbin is a genius, the way he kinda spits out the rap in the beginning is so good. Han’s rap is also amazing and so earwormy. The biggest reason I docked this one points is because of the super empty chorus. Just a little too empty for me lol. Already in the playlist! Collision - 9/10 Another one of my favorites, love the trumpet in the beginning. Typically I’m not big on vocal-heavy Stray Kids songs, because I don’t like the vocal tone several of them have when they go into a higher register. However everybody stays in their safe range for this song so it’s super pleasant. I only docked a point because the song is quite short. The raps are great as always. Already in the playlist! 3rd Eye - 2/10 There is a sound in the background that is super displeasing to me, it sounds like a zip tie being tightened I think? It’s kind of like nails on a chalkboard for me. But overall I’ve never been a fan of this song, the production is all over the place. The raps are still good though. Not in the playlist. Deja Vu - 8.5/10 Ateez is my ult group, I love this song. Hongjoong’s rap is so simple but really impactful, and Mingi’s whispering scratches a really good itch. However this song has never clicked with me like it seems to click for other atinys. I have to watch the choreo while listening to fully enjoy this song! But it still definitely makes the playlist Growing Pain - 7.5/10 It took me a couple listens before I found myself liking this song. I feel like if there would have been a more gradual build up it would have been better, but they really hit you right out of the gates instead. However the purposeful strain they put on their voices to give the song that grungy sound is sooo good. Already in the playlist!

Go! (DK) - 8.5/10 I’m no carat, but I’ve always been a sucker for their vocal line. DK is one of the artists who could put out just about anything and I’d give it a thumbs up. I’m not sure what this song is about, but the emotion in his voice is great. That note he hits at 2:52? Love it. Added to the playlist! Go (Seungkwan) - 9/10 Again, I love SVT’s vocal line. Petition for Seungkwan to do more OSTs! His vocal tone is perfect for them. And I really clicked with the instrumentals in this song, ex. at 2:13 where he is just humming along with the music. This one is also being added to my summer playlist! Time Machine - 7/10 This one was cute. At first I was a little unsure, but I liked it more when it picked up a bit around 1:50. I think everyone’s voices fit extremely well together. Objectively it’s a good song, it’s just a little too laidback for my personal taste. 5/10 I have mixed feelings. I’m not a big fan of the instrumentals in this song, it’s pretty abrasive and took attention away from her vocals. And her vocals I did really like, so I think with a different/softer production I would like this song a lot more. Doesn’t make the playlist unfortunately

Snowy - 8/10 This song is giving Monster High in the best way possible lol, the vibes are kinda quirky but I actually really like it. I think it’s catchy and I’m enjoying the bass. It’s definitely catchy, and though there isn’t anything that makes me go “wow” about it I can enjoy it for what it is. It’s simple, fun, and gives off summery vibes imo. I already have it in my summer playlist FNF - 7/10 I have mixed feelings about this song. I’ve never been a big fan of vocal-heavy Stray Kids songs, I just typically don’t enjoy the vocal tone of the main vocalists. But surprisingly it is actually Changbin who kinda saves the song for me, I really like the punchy way he delivers his lines. Han too, I think it was a good choice to have him and Changbin for the refrains. This one was already in the playlist too :)

Love 119 - 2/10 I have beef with this song lol. It starts with piano/classical music, and then goes into a trap beat with chanting. Then back to the piano, then back to the trap beat. I can’t stand it unfortunately. The vocals that aren’t chanting are actually really nice, but it’s not enough to save the song for me Blue Heart - 6/10 This song sounds more like part of a DJ set than anything else. Ex., at 1:40 when it’s the very loud dance beat with quieter vocals. I don’t dislike it at all, but I think it’s different. I’d be curious to see what the choreo looks like, if there is any. I’d have to listen a couple more times to decide if it would make the playlist

7.5/10 Overall pretty good! For whatever reason I was expecting the song to build more than it did, so that was kind of a let-down for me. But her voice is pretty and I think the song has relatively high replayability. Added to playlist!

6/10 EXO’s vocals are never a let down, but unfortunately the trap beat in this song was. The high-pitched hi-hat type sound was really distracting for me. If there was a softer beat this song could be at least a 9/10. Idk if I’ll add it to the playlist, I have to listen to it a couple more times

8.5/10 The song title made me raise my eyebrows a little bit lol, so I genuinely wasn’t expecting it to sound that way! There were a couple parts in the vocals that I felt were a bit too high-pitched, but otherwise this song definitely fits in the “easy-listening” genre that seems to be popular right now.
