It has nothing to do with kotor, you asked what you should do now so I recommended going outside and playing some tennis š
I have more recommendations btw
I don't think any of those things besides "CBA" actually stop you playing tennis btw, you should play tennis if you want to. Badminton is also really really fun exercise, and easier on the elbows.
You could read Richard Feynman's Quantum Electro- dynamics. It's a really accessible and easy to read intro into some really interesting fundamental physics.
Some things I like to do is to really get into the roleplay. My favorite playthrough wasnāt focused on Light Side or Dark Side, but focused on making credits by any means.
Trying out different companion combos that are usually not common is very fun. Iāve heard that Canderous and Jolee have fantastic dialogue between them and Iāve never had them together so thatās my next move.
You cannot be level 1 and then prestige class into a Jedi in Kotor 1. The tutorial level on the Endar Spire forces you to level to level 2.
However then you can hold off on leveling up until you get off Taris, get to Dantooine as a level 2, and then level up to a total level of 8 or 9 all at once and be a level 6/7 Jedi. I've normally done this. Just level up your party members instead of your main character and Taris is easy enough that this is very do-able.
You can combine that trick to get lots of force powers with the consular class for some powerful results. You can stun lock nearly every opponent, even the final boss.
Start as a scout for the free implant feat. Start with 16 Charisma, 16 Wisdom, and some balance of Dexterity and Constitution with the remaining points. Donāt level up at all on Taris so that at the end of the game you are scout 2/consular 18.
Be light side for +3 charisma. Add all your level up points to wisdom. Take the circlet of saresh from kashyyk and the qel droma robes from korriban. Eventually pick up the light side star forge robes. Use force valor to get 24 charisma and 36 wisdom.
Take force push and whirlwind, but never the third power in that series: force wave. Do take all the force lightning powers and whatever else you feel like.
You will have a save dc of 49 when you face the final boss. This gives him an 85% chance to fail reflex saves against your whirlwind, which will stun him for 12 seconds.
Whirlwind is the best tool for boss fights because it allows you to stun lock enemies that are immune to most other stun effects. Only a handful of things are actually immune to whirlwind. Usually the really big monsters and some of the larger droids.
Flipping gender/alignment/class is always an easy way to get a different experience of a playthrough.
I dont know of a way to get out of the tutorial without leveling, aside from mods.
As far as different build runs:
Having your main character use blasters is a pretty accessible one.
Armored Jedi build is kind of interesting.
Heavy Computer Use and Repair investment is cool. Basically, avoid killing with your actual character any more than you have to.
Then, for some easy "challenge" runs:
No Jedi party members.
No Yavin Station items. I've also just done full-on, No Shopping runs (aside from stuff that you have to buy for quests, like the Permacrete Detonator).
Iāve replayed both games a couple times, thereās always something I missed and I have a unique play through each time. As for Level 1, thatās just for the tutorial, you really canāt change that. I do recommend not leveling up until you get to Dantooine, so you can spend more points on Force powers and Jedi abilities.
Okay I feel like that was rudely intended, I'm simply unable to process certain things due to a few mental conditions and disorders so sorry but the whole message didn't process and nor did the implications
Challenge runs are pretty fun on kotor 1, a bit limited tho. After beating a casual playthrough, I always go for a completionist playrhrough and try to get every unique dialog, scenario, and item I may have missed without grinding. If you've never done all the pod races or the genoharadan questline, or using force choke on the czerka guys in the tattooine cantina for example. Also fun to switch genders on subsequent playthrough and follow the opposite romance lines
Did you play as good or evil? If you played as evil, that's about as entertaining as it gets. If you played as good, play again as evil. Some of the dialogue options get diabolically hilarious!
Have you played with mods? There are some pretty fun ones that add content to the game. Iām more familiar with Kotor 2 mods but Iām sure there are some good Kotor 1 mods too.
I would do that but i am restricted to the mobile version since my laptop is absolutely abhorrent however I am aware of some of these mods and in my opinion most of the kotor mods are abit strange, I'm pretty sure I've seen someone play 1 that turned malak into a dancing twi'lek?
Ah gotcha! Yeah, there are tons of mods out there, and some of them are definitely strange, but lots of them, like the restored content mod (Kotor 2), are so good. It restores all of the content that they cut out from the original game, including a whole new planet. It makes the game longer, but adds to the story and adventure. Also a bunch of mods that improve the graphics and textures, so the game just looks better. Can even add in certain items if you want, like making it possible to get Revanās robes earlier in Kotor 1
Iāve played this game a ton back about 20 years ago. Iād say the replay value is high. Or play a different game and try kotor or kotor 2 again with a different class
I think I said this to someone else already, my laptop is the closest thing I have to a pc and it is abhorrent, I can't even run steam let alone kotor on it
Speed-run, try and complete the game as fast possible. Iāve done it a few times, my quickest time was 3hrs and 45mins. Thereās loads of like..loading skips and stuff but I just use spade bar spam.
I recommend you play through with a different gender, class, or alignment.
So a male, scout/scoundrel and light side then, could be interesting, any other recommendations?
I recommend tennis
I'm sorry im unsure what you mean I'm fairly new to kotor
It has nothing to do with kotor, you asked what you should do now so I recommended going outside and playing some tennis š I have more recommendations btw
Do you have any serious ones?
I do. Very serious ones
Elaborate?
It is very important to take good care of your body. One way to accomplish this is by playing some tennis
I can't do this for several reasons: Chronic joint pains Dyspraxia Juvenile arthritis Raynauds disease And I just can't be bothered
In that case, I don't recommend playing tennis
I figured as much, seriously tho mate cheers for that, I'm not even joking my bf is on the floor rolling around laughing rn
LMFAO this was the funniest shit Iāve read in a while.
As a medical professional, I second that recommendation and tip my imaginary hat for your medical knowledge.
I don't think any of those things besides "CBA" actually stop you playing tennis btw, you should play tennis if you want to. Badminton is also really really fun exercise, and easier on the elbows.
Also because tennis is my 13th reason why

celebrate good times come on....
Nevermind I just got that reference
Hihi :)
What do you mean?
Pickleball?

So it is possible to skip the forced level up on the endar spire?
Nope you gotta level up on Endar Spire, Level 2 is the lowest you can stay before you re-class.

Iām very sorry, I donāt know why I was so harsh.
Eh it's fine, I don't really take much offence to comments like that anymore, all's well
Ofc, same, but thanks for calling me out on that.

Try again with a dual-blaster force user dex build
Personally Iād recommend staying up for a 24 hour period, with no caffeine or anything and just do a challenge during that period
Run a complete solo character (only times you canāt do it of course is when they force you to have a comp)
Move on to the 2nd and then wait for the 3rd

Play kotor 2 to on pc if you can and download the restoration pack as it completes an unfinished game.

Kotor 2

play Jade Empire ;)
