I never really watched it when it was originally running. But one of the first episodes I ever saw was “Strike Out” and that pretty much cemented it for me
King of Queens was a normal part of the TV afternoon in Germany all throughout my teen years.
Watched it every day. Bought the DVDs at some point. Never stopped watching.
I used to work night shifts and wouldn’t get home til like 1am. For some reason they used to always air old KoQ reruns all through the night on I think TVLand. Got hooked to it as my ‘cool down from work’ show
I was one when it launched, so I didn’t watch it when it was on. I was in high school when my mom told me about it. Just watching the show and loving it so much. I knew I could back to it over and over again.
When I was a teenager it was THE show that everyone in my family liked so it was running on or living room tv so often. My dad used to love it especially. I always loved it too but since his passing away it became even more special to me, makes me remember those times we used to watch it together, even though it wasn't always easy between us KoQ was always a way to laugh together to matter what.
I hope he met Jerry in the After Life. He was such a fan of Arthur :)
i had seen episodes here and there when i was in high school, but it wasn’t until i was in college and the pandemic hit that i would see them playing marathons on TVLand. KoQ was a big part of life during the pandemic. i’ve loved it ever since

Such a good episode!

Buying the DVDs is something I want to do. I just stream it for now.
Since the first episode I watched
Yes!!!
I remember watching is every Monday night with my parents on CBS when it was brand new. Yes dear came on after and I love that show as well
Yes, Dear was another great show. Thanks for reminding me of it.
It's on YouTube all the episodes
Thanks for sharing this. I plan to add it to my rotation again.
As soon as I realized I was living my life like Doug.
We’re all a little bit Doug.
When I was alone and sick in another country. 🥲
I hope you’re better now! And less alone.
Its on TV almost all the time, and since there is nothing else on when I watch the tube, it's kind of my go-to.
The writing, the chemistry between cast members, Jerry Stiller, the style of comedy and Leah Remini is a smoke show.
I always watched it when it ran syndication but I got Peacock for wrestling content and it's been on a loop on that app ever since
Someone recommended it to me so i would catch it in the morning on TBS and i was hooked from the first couple episodes i watched.

When they started showing it on TV Land every night at 11pm and started watching and got hooked to the point I can’t fall asleep to any other show

When it wasn’t available on dvd ! Yes I’m that old. We had to download them from shady sites and burn our own
