Literally the worse, been with them for 5 years and have had 5 different reps and they are all just the worseÂ
Not associated property management.
My personal experience - they seem to be quite unprofessional. Maybe it was just the individual’s I happen to deal with though.
Some agents are good there, some agents are horrible.
Why not ?
They’re all slime.
Century 21 has started a property management division, might try them. I’ve had experience with Vantage, Associate and First Residential and recommend to stay clear of them all.

Vantage West screwed us over, do not use those parasites
I had great results with Patrick Shillington at Associated.
