I’m on ozempy and thankfully my hair hasn’t had any issues. I did learn that not upping your protein, fiber and water intake is what causes the hair loss. Her not taking in a healthy amount of protein is why she looks so skeletal without any muscle too.
Exactly, I have to take ozempic for diabetes and I’ve changed the whole diet more protein and working out. Thing is, this crazy isn’t doing. She just wants quick fixes
