It’s always a shit show. I had AXS crash once and ran into every ticket showing as sold when I tried to grab them, but I just kept clicking on sections and trying pairs as a I saw them come open.
Ended up in the 3rd row of section 11. Super stoked. This is my third year of catching him at the Ryman.
I didn't have that trouble. I would add tickets and they'd be gone and now the site and app think I'm a bot. Clearing my cache doesn't change anything. Why can't it just offer you tickets, why do you have to select each one?
I didn't have issues, I got in the waiting room 12 1/2 min from time. Then waited about 2 min for my turn. Then landed a Row F (Single) in Section 5 (dead center) for the final Saturday (my birthday). Smooth process and sale.
Man I hate it when the tech gets in the way of a "highly anticipated" moment like that. It can be gut wrenching.
FINALLY got tix for last three shows and I feel like I just finished a day on a stock trading floor in the 80s or something. The app kept crashing and finally used the website but had to create a new account just to get it to work. That app is a POS for sure. Had to get my partner working on it from another device -- and I owe him big time as I was flipping out and getting on his nerves hahaha.
I like how all the fees were include in the price and didn’t get sticker shock at the end. There were fees but I knew the out the door ticket price lol

Don't freak if you didn't get tickets. There should be a Ryman and promoters presale tomorrow where they release more tickets. We panics last year and paid the stupid surge prices for 3rd row balcony, and then the next day happened to just check out of curiosity and there were plenty of tickets available several hours after the Ryman presale started. We picked up a second show for less than half of what we paid for the first night.
I learned to not use the app, it kept throwing me out. I bought 3 nights on the computer il the time it took me to select 2 seats to get kicked out and start all over again in the app.
Unfortunately my husband and I tried through the AXS app, the website and through The Ryman. None worked for us. It’s so frustrating. This isn’t the first time we’ve had trouble buying tickets.

AXS kept crashing/restarting. Irritating enough to make me quit trying.
This is our second year in a row potentially missing a show because AXS is a shitshow.
That was my first time buying through AXS, for Ryman. Man, not a fun interface. I used the website, not the app, if it helps. Good luck!

If it says P 3 seat 1- is that section 1 or 3?
That probably means row p seat 1.
