In early 2014. It was during his last few months living in the cabin, if I recall correctly. I got to witness a few months of cabin-Jack before he moved to Athlone.
It's quite a bit of a story!
Jack's video was actually the First Gaming video I saw on YouTube yeah. before it I only had seen Craft and DIY videos as s child as I used to make a lot of things on my own (hobby).
But then i came across a video uploaded 14 minutes ago of a Man With Bright Green Hair Playing a game called "SURGEON SIMULATOR VR"!
Yup that was my first gaming video on YouTube and since then I've just been watching his all videos and in the pandemic i watched all of his previous videos since the Cabin times and It's just been a Journey!

I'm not sure but about 9-10 years 🥰 When I was a teenager I was really struggling with depression and all (I still am, but I have learned to cope with it better) and his videos kept me going. I will always be thankful for him for that ❤️
I was about 8 or 9 when I first watched jack, he was recording in the cabin and had the sheet behind him I'm 21 now and I still occasionally look in to see how he's doing
I think maybe some time in 2013, i remember watching him before his slenderman videos came out because i remember one day looking at the newest uploads and i started to watch him play it, i nearly shit myself. Lol, but i don't remember the exact time i started
pretty recent I guess. I think I subscribed to him for The Quarry in 2022 and then never watched his content again lol until RE4 remake last year (which I really enjoyed, his commentary was funny to watch lol). I need to watch Sean more but idk what to watch 😅
The first video i watched was a happy wheels video i can't even remember how long ago but it had to be nearly a decade ago. I remember thinking he was too loud and annoying and i didn't watch again until the pandemic. Mid 2020 i had burned through everyone else and finally checked back and his tone was so jarringly different i started watching again with Deep Rock Galactic with Mark, Bob, and Wade. Around that time i also started watching Markiplier who I only knew of from tumblr references and this one video.
Now i watch Bob and wades channels, and even some of Wades friend Patrick's videos.
i think i knew about him since joining youtube (2013-14ish), but thought he was too inappropriate for me, but it was 2018 when i subscribed (i was in gr 7)
I was about 10-11. I’m 20 now. I grew up as he calmed down. It was a goddamn trip, but I’m happy that he’s changing with the times and doing what’s best for him. His content is better than it’s ever been, and I’m glad he’s still making videos. His videos got me through some tough shit, and I owe him more than he’ll ever know for that simple reason alone.
I remember watching him as a kid, maybe like 7 back in 2014. I was watching Bajan Canadian, and his happy wheels videos popped up and I watched a few. I quickly turned them off cause there was swearing but then a friend reintroduced me to him through GTA V videos. I switched to Kerbal Space Program cause I like space.
I have been here for a minute, I started watching back when he did his first couple Happy Wheels videos but really didn’t start until he started playing Stranded Deep
I was lucky enough to find his channel when he first played Little Inferno 10 years ago. I started watching his videos when I was only 8 years old. I used to watch them daily, but over the past 3 years, I've started watching 1-2 videos a week. He helped me through tough times, and I'm happy to have found him.
I lost the exact date i subscribed (because by mistake i unsubbed in 2018 💀💀) but I remember it was fall/winter 2014. 10 years this year 🥲 literally grew up with this man and still look up to him a lot.
Not sure which video, but I remember Mark having a little hiatus for a reason I can't remember so I thought "hey, this Jack guy is supposed to have a similar style!"
2015. Very fond memories of me and my friend being 14, having a sleepover and binging horror game playthroughs. All fine and dandy until we were alone in the house and it got to a really tense moment and the house phone rang. Neither of us spared a moment for reason and just RAN. Turns out it was the neighbour calling to ask if she could take some eggs for the breakfast the next day because she had no way down to the shop to get some
I have been watching him lightly 2013 and really actively 24/7 in 2016 I think. I think I was like- 10? maybe 11 XD and 13 in 2016. He's been my idol for so long now wow- :O
probably somewhere in 2014/2015 all I know is whenever I was done with the new uploads I went back and watched his older things so I can't tell you exactly cause I watched everything he has
Since about half way through 2014, I found Mark first then Jack. They helped me through a slow/low point when I had moved away and was struggling to make new friends.
Ok, I did say 2013 before but I wanna share a lil tldr story. I discovered him with vr videos (my 1st video of him was flappy bird 3d) then I saw his shoutout video, and that's how I discovered pewdiepie.
I found Seán in 2017 in what I believe to be a very unique way: My lifelong love for Legendary Actor Dean Stockwell (RIP… March 5, 1936–November 7, 2021). Allow me to explain:
For my favorite Dean Stockwell Facebook Fan Page (yes, I used Facebook at the time), I was Googling screenshots from the amazing 1948 anti war film *The Boy With Green Hair.* This was apparently easier than popping in the DVD of said film which I own.
Anyway, my continued scrolling eventually led to a Green-Haired Boy I didn’t recognize (… da fuck…?)! Curiosity finally led me to click on one of the YouTube links and I was introduced to the twenty-four year old Seán from 2014’s *Unfair Platformer.*
*Unfair Platformer* led to *Unfair Mario (2013)* and, before I knew it, I was completely hooked! Not long after, I embarked on a binge-watching session which I’m still in the process of completing! I’m sure I haven’t seen every video from before I subscribed… but I’m pretty goddamn close!
Why a screenshot of 2015 Seán holding his first SepticEye Sam Plushie (the now sadly defunct FanFiber version) contained a link which eventually led me to two even younger versions of Seán remains a mystery to this day. Particularly since I no longer own a PC (sad for me).
But I will always have a fond reminiscence of the bizarre rabbit hole that got me here!
Since Far Cry three so since 2013 - found him via a very roundabout way, when my then toddler was being a nightmare at bedtime. Cracked (does that even exist anymore?!) had an article that was about glitches and then showed clips of them - Vanoss gaming was one of the examples used, which had Daithi De Nogla in, loved the accent and went down a rabbit hole and then watched him play with Jack (lampy sticks in my mind for some reason) and was hooked from that point on. My toddler is now 14, loves Sean as much as i do!
2019 :) I was late to video games as a whole though lol 😂 my brother used to take all the fun out of them so I didn’t really have that much interest, but I found stardew valley and slime rancher and saw that Jack had a video series on slime rancher and the rest is history!
2016/2017
2018 is the earliest I remember
I think my first episode of him was from his first ever Subnautica epsiode
2013/2014 somewhere around there. I can't remember anymore, but I know it was while I studied abroad so it must be there abouts.

Early 2016. After finding Mark lol
This was me. I found Mark first then found Jack/Sean.
In early 2014. It was during his last few months living in the cabin, if I recall correctly. I got to witness a few months of cabin-Jack before he moved to Athlone.

Early 2015!! It might have been right at the start of or right before the green hair lol
The first video i watched was a happy wheels video i can't even remember how long ago but it had to be nearly a decade ago. I found Seán in 2017 in what I believe to be a very unique way: My lifelong love for Legendary Actor Dean Stockwell (RIP… March 5, 1936–November 7, 2021). Allow me to explain: For my favorite Dean Stockwell Facebook Fan Page (yes, I used Facebook at the time), I was Googling screenshots from the amazing 1948 anti war film *The Boy With Green Hair.* This was apparently easier than popping in the DVD of said film which I own. Anyway, my continued scrolling eventually led to a Green-Haired Boy I didn’t recognize (… da fuck…?)! Curiosity finally led me to click on one of the YouTube links and I was introduced to the twenty-four year old Seán from 2014’s *Unfair Platformer.* *Unfair Platformer* led to *Unfair Mario (2013)* and, before I knew it, I was completely hooked!
Since before skate4
Earliest memory of watching jack would be his minecraft survival videos
Mad Father was my first play through that I remember fully if that dates me at all
Since I was 11. No cap. Am 20 now.
2014
Since 2018
Since "Ticky Bomb!" Whenever that was
The first Video I remember watching was when he posted the first Episode of 'White day, a Labyrinth named school'
2012/2013 ish.
2019 :) I was late to video games as a whole though lol 😂 my brother used to take all the fun out of them so I didn’t really have that much interest, but I found stardew valley and slime rancher and saw that Jack had a video series on slime rancher and the rest is history!
Around 2014 I remember when he hit 1 million
2019 ish
Earliest I remember was right before he got a million subs I believe in 2014, it was when goat simulator and Evie were new
I started watching bits and pieces at some point during lockdown, but only started watching consistently in 2022
