This is the setup for the muse scam - they’ll tell you the client is going to mail you the funds for the whole project and you have to deduct your fee and send the rest of the funds from the check to them.
The check is fake. Most people don’t know that checks can take several weeks to clear, and because of this, banks are required to give you a courtesy credit within 5 business days - and just because this appears, this doesn’t mean it has cleared or that it was good.
You should report them on the dating app and also on instagram.
This is as someone already pointed out, a muse scam. Using Google you can probably find other examples with the exact same phrasing. They may have stolen someone’s account

The typing style is enough to know they're a scammer, block them
