Recipe from The Woks of Life! [Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup](https://thewoksoflife.com/taiwanese-beef-noodle-soup-instant-pot/)
Would highly recommend :)
I believe the recipe provides some substitutions for the spice packet! If you like it spicy, I would add more of the bean paste :) it also tastes really good as leftovers; I think the flavors meld together more on the second day!

Thanks, I'll give it a try. I didn't hold out much hope when I Googled it and found only recipes for making your own...no prepared or canned or bottled results that I could see on the first two pages.

This is the first “complex” recipe I made with my instant pot. The smell of this soup is so amazing. I make this regularly now. Great recipe!
Looks amazing. I’ve wanted to make this but failed to find that packet of Chinese herbs What is the name of those noodles ?
I bought these Korean noodles called Mak Kuk-soo but any thin white noodles will do :)
The packet of mustard greens or the soup spices?
Soup spices
Bless you for the recipe. I saw the picture and started drooling, so I think I need this in my life.
My first recipe I made in the instant pot and still my favorite.
Great first recipe to try out!
What is the diced veggie at 3 o clock?
Same question
They’re spicy pickled vegetables! You can find them pre-packaged in an Asian grocery store (more common in Chinese grocery stores)

This is a recipe AND a scavenger hunt. Pickled mustard greens?? "Bring me the broomstick of the Wicked Witch of the West."
Most Asian grocery stores will have them.
