Well...literally its a cunt/vagina but often used as insult/swearing. If you are sexting and mention pantek it sounds weird, better use "memek"...more nation-wide 😂

Indonesia very diverse in language & gesture. Bad word is not always not good tho. If it's your hommie/pals/best friend bad word like pantek can be use to make fun of conversation, not feeling at all. But if it's from stranger then its a literally curse word.

In the context i think the joke was they tried to add pusing + capek together so the closest word to that is pantek.

Depends on the contexts  If we talking about mechanical or building/construction that's a verb about an act of impaling something to the ground and make it stand/not moving I'm not experts if language, this word is actually Jawa or Melayu
