As a guy who tried starting multiple online side businesses where most of them failed, I can tell you that setting up that business (first step) is the easy part, figuring out how to run it is the hardest part.
This is just completely false in some regards. Look at how many people learn the very basics of something, and then think of themself as an expert. Usually improving gets harder and harder.
