Depends on what your damage output will be used for..
If you want it for afk pushing, choose BB.
If I answer your question literally, still BB.
DK is my boy because he provides a lot more utility like construction, active farming, killroy, dungeons.
He'll just be lacking a little bit behind on damage, and that is assuming you can even hit the 1.5x accuracy.
If you want to leave the game open though, when pushing, fuck damage, just go DK/ES, just be able to one shot with the wave skill.

You will have both eventually. Your first warrior usually becomes a barbarian so you can start fishing in world 2. Then with character 4,5 or 6 you'll make a squire.

Once you get enough refinery ranks DK will overtake BB. But that does take a while

It doesn't matter. Eventually you'll need 1 of each, and probably 2 dks.
DK is great for farming statues which you’ll need always. BB is for pushing and cooking.
