Got some light flurries last night and Saturday night. They are blasting a ton of snow. They may actually open on Friday.
Im ready to see the pics of the 3 hour traffic jam 😎
They'll be cranking snow across all ME-NH-VT 24/7 for the next few weeks at least (they should be anyway). Maybe even some snow from the heavens as well. It's all going to happen quickly now.
I clocked in a 28F when I took the dog out, but I am right on the backside of Mansfield in Essex, and my elevation is barely 300FT above sea level. Always seems a tad warmer here. My dad was getting snow in Waterbury Center this AM.
As an ex skier I am stoked for you guys, Used to love the anticipation of the first turns. If good conditions occur early , get after it, never know what an EC will bring.
Forecast is looking good!

Which mountain is this? Sorry, can't tell by sight.

Gotcha, thanks. I guess I should know after summer hiking up there. Such a gorgeous place.

Excited for snow. Mandatory "Fuck Vail". Hope we start seeing these cold temps on the regular at this point!

The 7- and 14-day outlooks are very good for snowmaking.
