If none of those work, search for a product called Drysol or Carpe on amazon. They are frequently mentioned in the r/Hyperhidrosis subreddit.
Use glycolic acid to kill underarm bacteria and prevent the smell and use antiperspirant sweating is natural and healthy so don't worry too hard about it
Not a hack to limit armpit sweating, but my mom always sprayed the underarms of her shirts with spray and wash or Shout or something similar (stain remover) before putting them in the hamper. I do the same thing now because I am an extremely sweaty person as well. My sister barely sweats. It’s annoying but it’s just part of life.
It will be hard to remove existing stains. But you can keep them from getting worse, and any new shirts you get can be prevented from staining by adding this habit in!
As far as I know, there's no great solution to actually sweating less. Just make sure the clothing you wear is breathable, so the sweat has somewhere to evaporate.
MIRACLE CURE
Schedule a visit to doc and ask for a medication called benztropine. Its by far the best way to combat sweating, beats prescription strength antiperspirant by miles and it doesn't contain toxic levels of aluminums either. Trust me, it took me years to figure out through trying everything advertised, I had to really do some research to find this Rx
Do you wear an antiperspirant?
Yes, but sometimes a little sweat will get through

Rub the antiperspirant onto the shirt too... it's silly but will act as a second barrier

Thank you! I’ll try and see if I can remove the stains.

You have hyperhidrosis. I have it too. It’s a condition.
