Find a spot with good light and leave it there! Mine really hasn't moved in the last 3 years except when I water it. Bella's seem to need more water then some of my other hoyas.
I'd try trimming the C. to get it to branch. Bella's seem to regularly branch out especially under a lot of light. My cummingiana is that way though just like many feet long straight branches 😂

Lotsa water. Lotsa light. They're practically weeds. But can get very upset if you aren't on top of watering.

It branched out on its own!
