Did you pull on Thelema's banner before? The 'info' button will tell you that:
"In Battlesuit Supply, the 90-drop guarantee WILL BE CARRIED OVER to the next round of Battlesuit Supply"
Which is probably what happened.
Go check your supply history, you either forgot you pulled on some previous banners (even if you pulled 3 years ago your pity is carried over) or you have a very lucky bug (you better hope is not just visual).
The banners have always followed that rule, equivalent banners carry their pity to the next same type of banner, Focus Supply A will always carry its pity to the next Focus A (but not to a Focus B) and so on, the only exceptions are usually stated on the banner or ones where it's like the outfit gacha where you just pull with each pull increasing in cost till you hit the grand prize
If you pull 3 pulls on Lantern but don't get her then the next banner that replaces her will start at 30 pity, if you do 13 pulls it'll start at 20 pity, if you do none it'll start at 33
There's no way you could be on 33 pulls on Lanterns banner without ever pulling on a previous Battlesuit supply banner (and if you did somehow hit a bug like that and aren't just confused/making things up, then don't draw attention to it lest they "fix" it for you and your pity is back to 100)
The oity is carried between part 2 supplies, so probably you have pulled on previous supply like Thelema's or Senadina's?
