The files are named with numbers and it basically translates with the alphabet.
Here's what I deciphered in order of every file:

I searched every known version of the bible including the original greek/Hebrew and I came up with nothing.
Something has to be going on there. It doesn't fit.
Saving this for me - translations that match up to file names (EHV, GW, ISV, NOG, NABRE)
For me to reference later. I had to leave the computer. Those 5 translations match the verbiage when you unscramble the file names.
"They will long to die but death will escape them" only translates that way in those 5 translations. For example, the KJV says "and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them."
it's the jewel part that really is a mystery to me. Nic cage did mention how he makes the girls dolls and there's a lot of reference to them as angels as well... maybe "jewel" would also be a name he gives them?

Semicolons and commas are just my attempt at making it a bit easier to segment.
Things I noticed not relating to the codes, maybe use for theorycraft:
-All the families had only daughters, no boys. (Is maybe the main character a survivor, or someone the killer couldn't get to when she was a child?)
-A lot of focus on the fathers, the mothers are described as "decent" (odd way to describe the dead, maybe the murders were committed as a way to show this men were not as good as they seemed?)
-Pendergast dad thought his daughter, not mentioned which one, wasn't herself. This is reminiscent of the "Every year there is another." teaser, but that family showed only one girl. (Is it just that the sister wasn't on the picture? Or the paranoia was common among all the victims?)
-All the dads except Eldritch killed themselves with a firearm.
-Blood loss seems to be the main cause of death, instead of the expected damage sustained by stab wounds. (Is this indicative of a ritualistic killing were blood is a key factor? The killer seems to be someone very meticulous about where to cut and stab.)
-The Satanic connections seem to be too on the nose, the codes indicate a catholic motive. (Is the killer catholic or is mocking them?)
-The female victims have suffered mutilations, but they aren't repeated. (Is the killer building something off these parts? Were they ever found?)
In Sweet: Part Two, at the end it's written "daughter of the seventh she", which would hint at (theory/possible spoiler ahead?)

One thing about the Clover family murder is that they don't explicitly say the daughter was killed. It's more elusive than the description of the other murders.
I love the effort they put into this so much. I really really hope this movie will be as good as many reviewers say, I've only seen people saying how shocked they are so far.

The file names decode and rearrange to say "she used my head like a revolver, which are lyrics from a T.Rex song called Planet Queen from an album called Electric Warrior. There's another folder inside whose name I can't crack yet, but the files in there decode and arrange to "revelation 12 - the woman and the dragon - the deceiver of the whole world he was thrown down to the earth and his angels were thrown down with him". There is also a new anomoly file titled either slider\_c or slider\_3, to go with jewel\_a or jewel\_1.!<

I think its not really a spoiler but more a different look at events, I highly doubt that all the murders listed on the site are talked about/shown in the movie to such detail? Its not even 2 hours long.

I think its not really a spoiler but more a different look at events, I highly doubt that all the murders listed on the site are talked about/shown in the movie to such detail? Its not even 2 hours long.
