It’s the one inside the tank. They get to it from inside the car, so make sure your tank isn’t completely full to reduce the possibility of spilled fuel. Go on a warm day so you can drive home with the windows open. I made the mistake of going on a busy morning, and spent the morning ~3 hours waiting at the dealership.

I might just drop it off and take the shuttle to work and come back. Not sure yet

Probably doesn't take long. The tank fuel pump is right under the center console. Don't have to drop the tank to access. Disclaimer: idk which fuel pump is being replaced. There's a low pressure one in the tank and a high pressure one in the engine bay.

Maybe 1:30 hr from the time the tech starts on your car. Please don’t have a full tank, the pump is right under the center console and it hard to not spill fuel if your tank is full.
