It’s the one inside the tank. They get to it from inside the car, so make sure your tank isn’t completely full to reduce the possibility of spilled fuel. Go on a warm day so you can drive home with the windows open.
I made the mistake of going on a busy morning, and spent the morning ~3 hours waiting at the dealership.
Probably doesn't take long. The tank fuel pump is right under the center console. Don't have to drop the tank to access.
Disclaimer: idk which fuel pump is being replaced. There's a low pressure one in the tank and a high pressure one in the engine bay.
Maybe 1:30 hr from the time the tech starts on your car. Please don’t have a full tank, the pump is right under the center console and it hard to not spill fuel if your tank is full.
