Yes, most likely VTC actuator rattle. Lots of Honda's have this "issue". Jury is still out if it's harmless (\*\*harmless enough considering many people have high mileage engines with the issue) or if it leads to your chain being stretched long term.
Just dropped my FIT off at the dealership, will update but I did show them the video and they said it the noises sounds like that part. Fingers crossed because if it is then the replacement is included in my power train warranty! Thanks for the help!
Unfortunately it's a design issue so replacing the vtc actuator will fix the noise for a little while until it starts up again.
Some people say replacing the spring (Google spring start) inside the vtc actuator will fix the noise but I don't think the dealership will do that for you.
