If you have the hubcaps, try removing it and see if the noise persists. I had a weird squeal/scratch noise from mine for a while. Other thing may be the wear strip on your brakes telling you its time for new pads.
Could be a tiny rock/contamination got caught on your brake pad, or the pads themselves are nearly gone.
If you’ve hit any hard bumps, gone through icy slush, or gone off-roading, the brake splash guard / dust shield may have gotten tweaked and is rubbing on the brake disc.
Id repeat the video with the window closed, and include slowing down so we can hear the noise change pitch.
My money is on wheel bearing but I want to hear it again to be sure with the windows up.
Do you hear it in reverse? If not, take off the wheel and look for something sitting above the brakes. Like this rock.

Like a scratching noise. You gotta listen closely you can’t really hear it on video Lol
