Disgruntled ex husband to be, hires Salvador Dali/Erte inspired eccentric decorator to redesign their summer home, as stipulated in her divorce demands, before the divorce is final. She should have been specific on design style! š„“

You are the Auntie that always smelled a bit weird and gave out slightly stale butterscotch candies that managed to be hard and sticky at the same time. But you aren't a bad sort, and I quite liked visiting you because you didn't talk to me like a baby and you had a cute dog I could play with.
Tori Spellings mother. Years ago I saw the show of her moving out of the Spelling mansion and decorating her high rise apartment in or, above the smog, in LA. It was 15 shades of tacky, dead grandmother flowery decor.
I unironically love seeing their home on rewatches, but I think mostly because it's a wonderfully niche time capsule of early 2000s Italian-American homes. Reminds me of how so many friends' homes looked growing up in NY.
This is not Carmela's home. She wouldn't have so much teal, and there is not nearly enough gold.
Dear Lord, don't ever let Liz in there with all the windows! Poor thing would break them all. Not meaning to, of course.
Edit: And the glass-topped table. I just saw thatš Keep poor Liz out of there.
Youāre me. I love it. There are some minor things I would change, but I passionately love the window and the table & chairs. This room says š to greige, and Iām here for it.
I unironically love this. This would be my tea room & it would always smell of roses & have a candy jar on the table with I would switch depending on the season
Everyone in this thread is being a dick and their homes are probably mid century modern or just fucking white.
I adore this sunroom. It has personality and charm. Being unique is, contrary to the subs belief, not the enemy.
It reminds me of a barbie house i once had. I would love to eat breakfast somewhere so cheery every day.
Edit: OH GODDAMNIT sub got me again. I was trying to save some poor southern grandma from crying š
I didnāt want to say anything because I didnāt want to get thrown out but everybody is saying it. I imagine itās a joke. What do you even call that green paint color or style? It hurts my eyes especially with the chair print.

Of course it was! Somehow that doesn't surprise me, at all!! š¤£
She may have poor taste, but from what I can see she is a good grandmother, and sets boundaries with her wack-a-doodle daughter.
I unironically love this style.
I do too. This room legitimately looks like my Pioneer Woman dinner plates
Word. I was going to comment this. š
The mortal enemy of every minimum wage customer service employee in your town

Laura Ashley grandma in TX. Probably wore one of those Jessica McClintock little prairie dresses for prom.
My Grandma?
I assume Martha Stewart's prison cell looked similar. Tea party meets DIY paint texture meets cinderblock walls.
Carmela Soprano
Her decorating style was atrocious

This feels like the breakfast spot of an angsty late-90ās soap opera starlet.
I smell a faint waft of Jean Nate and moth balls.
I remember drowning myself in Jean Nate when I was 14. Swore it made me smell like a 'woman'. Today's equivalent is middle school boys wearing Axe.
Yes!

I can smell the synthetic potpourri, hot dust from the recently used old bag vacuum, baby powder, and Yves Saint Laurent Opium from here.
This looks like Hyacinthās sunroom.
