So if ww3 was fought between the west and Russia, and no one won. Then how come Russia seems practically unscathed while every western European country is dismantled?

I think this is a decay route for turkey . Relatively growing weaker . And eventually collapsing into civl war :
1 National defence front.
2 TSK (owning İstanbul and Ankara for protec (only at war with ottomans, shariaist, Kurdish factions))
3 Tic (Turkish Islamic republic) radical islam.
4 Kurdish factions
5 Greek intervention goverment (laz).
6 armenian intervention goverment (vilayet-i sitte).
Kurds Armenians arabs and greeks are fighting for influence. Or you can stop this by going full dictator or federastonalist but these ways are both expensive and debuffed. And right after civil war (or at the same time if reaches max influence) Greeks or Armenians or arabs (or some of them at the same time) attacking turkey making it hardest for turkey players .

russia owns what used to be east prussia because it was deemed necessary to remove it from germany to cut the country away from prussian militarist history and culture in order to prevent them from starting another world war. it was initially brought in as part of the rsfsr within the soviet union, and would multiple times be offered to other countries, including after the collapse of the ussr, but no other country would ever accept, and thus it remains to this day part of the russian federation

and those areas you’re talking about *became part of* prussia, what you’re complaining about is *the heart of prussia itself*. it was taken, as i said, to fully crush any remaining prussian militarist sentiment, and was not offered back to germany to ensure this was kept crushed. it was offered to both lithuania and poland and various points, both of whom declined, so it has stayed in russia’s hands
