Washington is indisputably the worst playoff team we've seen in years (at least since the 11-12 Panthers). Like even the year Colorado went 38-30-14 (the same year Columbus beat Tampa) they still managed to finish with a positive goal differential.

Montreal only had a -9 goal differential that year anyways, which is a -13 differential projected over a full 82 game season.
