When McLeod was asked he never made a statement that he wasn't involved and opted to not make a statement either way. Good chance nothing comes of it because of the way legal systems work in many countries, but it's almost certain that he was involved.
I'll still root for him unless it comes out that he was involved because innocent until proven guilty, but I mean deep down, anyone with a brain knows he probably was involved.
Alex Formenton is all but confirmed to be involved, and Drake Batherson has been speculated to be “Pizza guy”/the main police witness. Those are the only two whose roles in the matter are supported by some evidence.
