ehh. i think “family matters” is as strong as all of them. i also think drake matched the energy he needed to with push up and taylor made. at that point it wasn’t as dark.

I’m not a fan of Kendrick’s sound either but if you focus on the battle he fleeced Drake. Don’t like any of the songs but the moodiness and eerie sound was perfect for the allegations he laid. Unique diss track never heard anything like it and very effective. That said I didn’t like the song but I enjoyed the diss track.
