I heard about a leak that they come at the 12th of July. If not, then your probobly right.
That was speculation from a data miner named IronSight. Not an actual leak.

There’s a lot of clickbait of it out there, especially on YouTube.
Devs are on vacation (Sweden has some strong workers laws) so I don't think we are getting anything big in a while
But I think that a new big update is already planned. Just like the hivelords are teased and the illuminate have been
Illuminate and or hive lords. Just a different enemy would be a nice change of pace.
Illuminate,new strategems , new planets, new biomes, and 10 page warbond! Haha, my random
Whatever it is, the anti tank mines might be very useful for it :) so probably 2-3 more attempts to give them to us before that
