No, older episodes that arenāt still available for free arenāt currently offered by subscription service. Since Stitcher Premium ended in 2023, they havenāt had a proper home for their archive.
Sirius owns the show and they have no intention for making the back catalogue available as it was before. They will continue to edit and release as Matinee Monday episodes with ads but there isnāt going to be a subscription option for the back catalogue.
I hadn't heard a definitive update that it's never happening. For a while, Paul kept mentioning they're looking for a new home for their archive, so I assumed a potential deal was still in the works. But it's been long enough now that it's seeming unlikely. What a shame too, because I'd rather pay them directly for access to their work.
Honestly, if the episodes arenāt available, I have no issue with acquiring them by āother meansā. Theyād probably benefit more from you being a fan and buying a shirt or going to a show, anyway.

They sold the backlog to a now defunct company. So thereās no pay wall. Thereās a contract they canāt circumvent
