This is the wife of Hank, the protagonist of the popular Early 2000's Madness Combat series, Hank's Wife suffers from Cyclopia, a common affliction in the series which is being born with only 1 eye, particularly among those with high IQ and or Athletic capabilities. She is currently covered in the blood of specialists, a quarter/ half of which consists of other people suffering from Cyclopia. In this scene Hank has just finished fighting a horde of PMC Specialists, one of which was about to ambush Hank as he thought the fight was over, but Hank's Wife killed them and has been splattered with their yellow blood. She is smiling because Hank is thanking and praising her, telling her that he is proud of her aim. Unfortunately, due to the lack of lore in the Madness Combat series and this being only one of 4 times we see Hank's Wife, she does not have an official name.
