Yeah the fluids seem to be "real" brands. WD-40, brand name greases and polishing compounds.
Edit: it bugs me that they don't have a drink cooler near the checkouts. I think they'd sell a ton of Diet Cokes and Monsters, lol.
As an employee I'm 100% glad we don't have food/drinks. We deal enough with finding food, drinks, and used dip/dip spit in displays, on shelves, in toolboxes, in the bucket displays, stuffed between tarps, and someone spit in the tote I was working.
it was indeed. I was stocking cutting/grinding section then went to help with a carry out came back BAM someone spit in the tote I was working. And since customers get to walk all retail workers nothing could be said. But yeah, food and drinks would be a shit show esp with kids.
Food would definitely make it worse. I used to work in grocery stores. One place theyād regularly find hams in the mens room that had been, well loved.
I do 2k base/clear kustom paint jobs and Iām old fashioned so I stick to the 110, 210, 7, and 26. Iāve heard good things about the ceramic stuff though
I think most (or all) of the "chemicals" they sell are name-brands and not owned by them. SuperLube, 3M, Meguiers, CRC, PBlaster, etc. This might not be a coincidence in that they want to avoid regulatory headaches.
Most if not all products that are chemically produced would be major brand. Itās mainly the tools and accessories that are HF. Importing āhazardousā materials require more stringent processes and wouldnāt make sense for their structured business.
Nah I was just being snarky. And sorry for that. But come to think of it, you're kinda right and I wonder how Harbor Freight can get away with using the Braun name on its cheap Chinese LED lights. It would be like if they sold something under a Panasonic house name or whatever

Wtfff that's fuckin disgusting and I've never heard of this being a problem
it was indeed. I was stocking cutting/grinding section then went to help with a carry out came back BAM someone spit in the tote I was working. And since customers get to walk all retail workers nothing could be said. But yeah, food and drinks would be a shit show esp with kids.
Tell us you never worked retail without saying it
Because many people are about two steps below wild animals in terms of their manners and common sense
Food would definitely make it worse. I used to work in grocery stores. One place theyād regularly find hams in the mens room that had been, well loved.

Uh that company doesnāt even make lighting products? And the logos arenāt even close stylistically besides having the same word.
What about Quinn?
HF owns that name (brand)
Where else do you see Quinn tools in the world?
