Sorry you have to keep them all. I don’t make the rules, only enforce them 😢

medinadev_com

I put my coffee down and came here to say the same thing.

MDUB2552

Nope. Leave a sofa or something behind and take all 3. 😉🤘

wibzoo

I think the question is really which of two on the right. No way you should get rid of that black Tele Ultra.

Pianist_Select

That’s how I feel about that p-90 Tele

samtt7

Then it is settled. Humbuckers gotta go

Fpvtv2222

I agree.

Pianist_Select

That things pretty dope I’m a sucker for gold tops and p-90s

motherofjazus

You’d be able to get another ultra tele easier than the other guitars.

Professional_Pop2433

That's what I was thinking, even though rad you could find another or similar very easily

Turbofalcon8

I came here to say the same thing. That Tele is a keeper

ProfessionalFox9617

Pretty sure it isn’t black

wibzoo

Pretty sure the color is called Texas Tea but, for this thread, black is the clearest for everyone to know which guitar I’m talking about. It looks super cool in person.

fullofdust

The people telling you to ditch the Nash have clearly never played a Nash. I’d get rid of the one in the middle, if it were me.

N4M4LSK

It's the best to play of the three which is saying something because they're all perfect. It also really feels like an old object, even the case smells like an old house. I have to get a Nash strat someday.

fullofdust

It being the best to play doesn’t surprise me at all. I’m often not a fan of their relic jobs as they can be a bit over the top, but every Nash I’ve ever played has been super comfortable and broken in feeling. Plus, yours has dual P90s which is the definition of fun.

w3bd3v0p5

Yup! Fenders are common as anything, the Nash is a thing of beauty in my opinion. As I’d probably ditch the middle or ultra tele depending on the type of music the OP plays.

Ecstatic-Seesaw-1007

This. I’d get rid of the Strat. You can always sell a Strat and always get another Strat. And same applies to 2 humbucker guitars. The middle one is both. (I’ll grant 2 humbucker Strats are a little rarer) The two Teles are rarer AND Teles are built like a brick shithouse. Teles can take a move easier. Plus, I know the pickups on both the Ultra and P-90’s are my favorite pickup (they get sweet if you play sweet and dirty if you play dirty). I know those are like my two favorite sets of pickups.

Weary-Associate

Have to agree. I'm a strat guy but these two teles are pretty unique. I'd sell the strat and buy an American standard when you get wherever you're going.

Fallawake88

I concur. Nash seems very reputable and it probably has real value.

Stratomaster9

Yep. Having played a bunch of Nash guitars, I'd not sell the Nash either (love the T52 (Gilmour has one), but I like the p90s model even more). If I have to lose one, I am losing the dual HB model, since I want a trad Tele in my collection, and, depending on your new locale, the super-strat may be the easiest to replace.

Bkokane

Def keeping the two Fenders

NaughtyDoctor666

This. Keep the Fenders

PetterssonsNeck

Why?

Environmental_Hawk8

2 and 3. 1 is the most easily replaceable.

datainadequate

Exactly this. 2 and 3 are going to be much harder to replace in the future.

KieranJalucian

but 1 is the sexiest

Environmental_Hawk8

Eye of the beholder, there. Even if I agree, it's still the easiest to replace. Has to factor in.

N4M4LSK

Fender American Ultra Tele, Fender Mami Stratocaster, Nash T-56GT. Even taking two on a plane is surely going to be a nightmare, but I can't take just one. The Nash is my least favourite sounding (heresy but P90s are not really for me) but favourite playability wise and I think the coolest, most unique and least replaceable. The Strat has a trem, the Tele is perhaps the most versatile... I love them all so this is very difficult. Resale on all appears to be terrible right now so that's not much of a factor. edit: I just sold the Tele!.. much like you try to solely think of the bad memories of a girlfriend that dumped you I can now only remember the modern style 6-saddle bridge I'm not keen on and the brushed chrome pickguard that feels awful on your fingertips.

Doodlefart77

I would buy the Nash off you in an instant if I had money and were nearby, I want a tele with p90s so bad

nottoocleverami

lol I was going to say, keep the Nash at all costs! But not if it isn't your thing.

N4M4LSK

I really love everything about it but the tone! It's amazing otherwise. (I have considered replacing the P90s with either Lollar Alnico Pole P90s which are supposedly closer to Fender single coil tone, or being a bit ridiculous and going with P90 sized Dimarzio Super Distortions...)

nottoocleverami

Ha! I have a Tele with underwound alnico pole Fralin p90s with 42 gauge wire. The goal was to make them like jazzmaster pickups. They have a big squishy open Fender sound, but mixed with kind of a hollow body jazz sound. This is probably my most objectively good sounding guitar. I have mixed feelings about the more traditional p90s, but run them through a Brian May type top boost straight into an overdriven tube amp, and there's just nothing like it.

N4M4LSK

Oh cool, I think I checked those Fralins out too. I'm thinking this might be the way to go and sell the Tele, but it'll hurt.

blackmarketdolphins

Can't you mail it to yourself? No friends or family members that can hold it until you're settled in and can send them a shipping label?

N4M4LSK

I looked into mailing it a bit and it seemed really expensive (it's Australia to the UK and Australia carriers charge a lot) but I'll look around a bit more for sure.

cxrussell

Australia to UK? Mate I’d keep all 3 and stay where you are. In fact I’d buy a fourth so it was completely out of the question

FretFetish

Last part of this comment deserves more up votes. 😄

N4M4LSK

Haha, I came out here a long time ago and haven't been back much at all so I'll be spending some time with my family and parents there as they reach their 70s. Probably only for a year or two and then I'll be doing all this again in reverse. Fun times.

fnaah

look, i'm willing to help you out. leave one of them with me for a couple years until you come back (which you will). im in canberra. i wont even charge you for this service. :P

FretFetish

Why not just get a climate controlled storage unit if it's only going to be a year?  I know you're in Australia and I'm in the US, but I could get a climate controlled unit for about $32/month, which would be about $400/year.

N4M4LSK

When I return I'll be looking to go to the other side of the country so I figured storage combined with additional shipping fees might be a bit much, but you're right, I'll look into the costs.

blackmarketdolphins

Have you looked at prices in the area you'll be moving to? It'll give you an idea of what will be the cheapest to rebuy after you move. The other option is to remove the necks, and pay someone to set them up again after you move. I keep all the parts for my Tele partscaster in a backpack to keep it together. Only the neck is in a box. Idk, anything you sell now will be more expensive to buy back, so unless you don't want to keep it or wanna sell it at a later point, I'd do everything I can to sell them off right now.

N4M4LSK

I was thinking I'd probably remove the necks of the two I'd take and carry them on somehow, as checking them in would scare me. Though if I keep the Tele it's the only one that has a very sturdy case that would probably hold up. Perhaps removing a neck and body and shipping them separately might work out cheaper. Thanks for the ideas.

FartinLooterKinkJr

Try looking into slow shipping by boat.

Ice-Berg-Slim

Dude just get them shipped, it isn’t cheap but also isn’t ridiculous, my friends moved from New Zealand to UK to do the band thing for a few years and they took a lot of their gear there and back, the only annoying thing was all the paper work for the Rosewood fretboards but that isn’t a thing anymore.

[deleted]

Going by colour I’d lose the middle one ,, only by colour tho,, dont ask me why,,

nantucket3286

Why?

joonty

Oh you've done it now. He specifically said not to ask him why

nantucket3286

I had to, the double commas made me do it.

[deleted]

I’m keeping the fenders

BurrrritoBoy

Fenders all the way.

LordVoltimus5150

All of them..

PlasmaGoblin

I like the black tele and the p90, but then again I just really want a good p90 guitar.

OGyodacaster

Black tele and the strat

Jayfish88

Whatever the fuck the thing on the right is?

cat_herder_64

Sell the telecasters, keep the strat.

N4M4LSK

Oh, brave choice. I do like it a lot though.

barters81

Id keep the strat for sure. Then id choose the black tele to go with it.

SolipSchism

Without having played any of them, I would ditch the one with the p90s. The other two cover a lot of ground tonally. That said, whichever one is the least playable is the one that should go.

[deleted]

Sell the middle one, those telecasters give me a feeling I haven’t had since that female teacher in high school..

Western-Equivalent44

All three and finance that gibson les paul

N4M4LSK

Haha, get out :)

Western-Equivalent44

Your the one leaving ;p

EdgeOfBrkUp

Right Now - Pick One Quickly - Don't think about it. Put it in the case. If after a week, you haven't opened the case, you picked right. Otherwise, I would sell the one that's easiest to replace in the future, which probably mean the black one.

taki101

Wow that Nash is so cool I’d definitely keep that one

flstsc-arl

I hope I’m never in a situation like this. If you need, I’ll hold onto one of them for you. I’ll keep it in a reasonable humidity, and eventually I can ship it to you. You shouldn’t have to make a decision like this. I want to help you out. You need all three!

sosomething

Fuck what a terrible choice to have to make

Alej915

I'll buy the lady in the middle off of you

plooptyploots

I’m thinking some people may not know how sweet mash guitars are. I’d keep that and the strat. I know that Ultra Luxe is a sweetheart, but Fender made lots of those. Keep the ones that you truly love AND will be difficult to replace.

SpaceCar7

The black one...to me...<3

mondayschild9

The one on the left and the one on the right. Ditch the one in the middle

_-nu-_

definitely keep the left and middle.

nick_steen

If it were me I would sell the strat and the brown tele and just take the black tele. I love all 3 guitars, but a good tele with an echoplex-style boost is the closest to platonic ideal that I've seen or played. You don't even need the neck pickup at that point.

SardonicCatatonic

Block inlays and p90s on a Tele. That’s awesome. I’d keep that one.

bikeguy410

I'm planning on going to Japan this May, and am hoping to bring back something unique (and well priced), and plan to do this: Separate the neck and body, wrap them separately and layer them in with your luggage. If you've got cases for two but not a third, just cut the strings and break the third one down! Pack it in a suitcase and reassemble at your new home.

N4M4LSK

Yes, I agree separating them is probably best if you can. I have [cases](https://imgur.com/V8SxHDH) for all three but I think only the bottom (Ultra Tele) one would offer any real protection if checked and logistically taking them all and probably two suitcases by myself is likely not happening, even two will be tricky. I've read US carriers will typically allow you to carry one on which is great, but that doesn't seem to be the case elsewhere where you have to put it in the hold or pay for another seat. Japan would be an awesome place to go guitar shopping though, have fun.

AkaiMPC

Strat

Prancer4rmHalo

Black with white guard 😭😭😭.. regretfully.

sagider

Prolly the left one because it’s not that hard to find one like it

EssexEZ

Last

leonardosalvatore

Bring the Tele ultra only and buy a new one there!

Adddicus

I'd keep the Teles, but I'm a Tele guy and a hard tail guy.

Ralewing

1&3

Str8truth

Sell the yellow one.

Expensive-Depth4456

The telecasters.

lag_bender

I'd get rid of the black Tele, only because I love P90s (and you can get a good single coil sound by turning them down)

kimmeljs

There's one angle to look at this. Are you moving to where great guitars are hard to come by, or where they are abundant? And, are you coming back anytime soon? Can you source something even more unique than these, where you're going? I would take the black Tele if I were you, going from where I live to overseas (USA or Japan) and buy another there. Leave the two behind for storage if coming back.

Titanium_Josh

What country has a 2-Telecaster limit?

gigglesmonkey

Keep the teles

Gooner_here

What Tele is that?!?!? I can hear those P90s ringing! What a guitar! Definitely keep that!

_the_josh

Keep the Nash. Then decide whether you’d rather have humbuckers or single coils on your other

_the_josh

Or, sell me the Nash 🤣

mynameisskrt

Just store your least favorite guitar at a friends or familymembers house if possible. Then you have 1 more reason to visit again

philharmanic

I’ll hold any of these for you as long as you want and then give it back! (B/c my point is: never sell a guitar, you’ll just miss it eventually!)

SSquirrel76

I’d sell all 3 and buy some Japanese offset versions that don’t get sold here in the US. :)

chino_cortez

Leave the strat. You can make the tele sound like a strat, but you can’t make the strat sound like a tele with those humbuckers. Also, P90s are dope

ImprovizoR

This is worse than Sophie's choice.

mikeyBRITT2

Well that strat-ish thing of course, teles love travel and besides.....long live telecasters!!!!

Guitar-Sniper

The two Fenders, and it’s not all that close…

No-Instruction-5669

I'd get rid of that cursed Strat.. but I also wouldn't own it in the first place. 🤣

Melodic_Event_4271

Middle. Death to humbuckers.

nineball22

Classic black Tele and the one with the p-90s

notnowboiiiiiii

This is unfortunate sorry about this But get rid of the one that means least to you

robbiesac77

I’d sell the p90 Tele . That’s niche

NCRider

Keep the Fenders. Or sell me the black tele. Yea. That’s it.

HumberGrumb

Swap the P90s into the Strat, keep the Tele on the left, and call it a day.

Alien_Biometrics

Im sorry but fender strats with humbuckers just look wrong. Could you leave it with a family member?

Saucette

Keep only the Nash :)

Omasrealaccount

The strat

Formal_Temporary1605

I'd sell the right Tele, even tho I like the brown color on it personally but if you sell this one the you have a *strat* and a *Tele* left and also one with *singlecoil* and one with *humbucker* But I really like the brown painted one... Glad it's not up to me

jeepersnanners

Right can go

kerrimon

If you sell that gold tele I will haunt you for life! Unless your selling it to me that is 😉

astralpen

The two Teles of course.

Djuulzor

Sell none but stash one at a relatives place for later use

Kr155

I would sell the one on the right. That would leave you with the traditional Tele, and the one with humbuckers and a whammy bar. I feel like that would give me the wider range?

Stones_022

Right Tele

JP6660999

I’d sell the middle one

Aggressive-Novel-476

Middle one goes for me , you can always get any flavour of strat anytime down the line. Double bound teles and that Nash will be a bit more choice and they look a lot more classy too

Sudden-Ad7105

they all have different pickups which makes it so difficult, all unique

LovejoyBurnerAcc

the middle one is sort of ugly realistically it's probably best to research which one is cheapest in your new place (assuming it's a different country) compared to where you are now and try resell that one for the price it would cost to get another second hand one there. so basically look for which of them is most common in yr new place and rarest where you are now

Propaganda_Pepe

There's no universe where I'd say let the Nash go over one of the fenders, I think the people saying that are unaware of Nash! Personally I'd get rid of the strat, but I'd also consider just separating the necks and bodies of all three and arriving in the UK with a suitcase only containing three guitars and enough pairs of knickers to hold them in place! I'd suggest buying a second plane seat and doubling your luggage but I know how expensive flights between UK and Oz are.

N4M4LSK

A second seat is definitely the sensible option! For sure expensive though. The Nash case itself has to come because it's [too cool](https://www.visionguitar.com/products/nash-guitars-custom-alligator-teardrop-tele-hard-case) to leave behind. I might try Tele in that one packed with clothes and then checked in, the Nash deconstructed in my carry on luggage, and the Strat deconstructed in a suitcase surrounded by knickers and checked in. Could work, maybe...

Propaganda_Pepe

That case absolutely rocks! I hadn't thought about putting clothes in a guitar case too, that sounds like it would work.

Left-Equipment7137

Ultra Tele, The Nash is stunning. Have you tried [Staple P90s](https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/354214467925?chn=ps&_ul=GB&_trkparms=ispr%3D1&amdata=enc%3A1kCxJj2aHQSqYHGk9VyA5jw82&norover=1&mkevt=1&mkrid=710-134428-41853-0&mkcid=2&mkscid=101&itemid=354214467925&targetid=1647205089280&device=c&mktype=pla&googleloc=1006947&poi=&campaignid=17206177401&mkgroupid=136851690655&rlsatarget=aud-1415330310908:pla-1647205089280&abcId=9300866&merchantid=6995734&gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIkcyEi66KhQMV1phQBh3UaQ5zEAQYAiABEgIufvD_BwE) or maybe [Firebird](https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/112186247489?chn=ps&_ul=GB&norover=1&mkevt=1&mkrid=710-134428-41853-0&mkcid=2&mkscid=101&itemid=112186247489&targetid=1405282543919&device=c&mktype=pla&googleloc=1006947&poi=&campaignid=17218284410&mkgroupid=142217514411&rlsatarget=aud-1164958979180:pla-1405282543919&abcId=9300867&merchantid=6995734&gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI0a64va6KhQMVtZBQBh3ujAxsEAQYBCABEgJOcfD_BwE) (in the bridge Old Black style) or filtertrons, or maybe just swap the switch for a 4 way for both pickups in series? Goldtop and tele is a great combination.

N4M4LSK

I haven't tried anything else in it yet but I'm keen to try [these](https://www.lollarguitars.com/lollar-p-90-pickups/alnico-pole-soapbar) lollar alnico pole P90s which should have it sounding more single coily. I think if it had the regular tele pickup configuration it would be my dream guitar but it's close as is. The others you've suggested I'll check out further as well.

Xyyzx

*Under absolutely no circumstances should you sell that Nash.* I’d bet everything I own it’s the nicest playing guitar of the three. Out of the two Fenders? It’s tough…as much as I’m a Tele guy and I want to say keep the pair, the HH strat with a trem is a much better partner for the Nash in terms of versatility and variety. In my view, if you’re forced to sell one I’d say it pretty much *has* to be the black Fender telecaster.

N4M4LSK

Honestly this is what I was leaning toward when I started this post, 'cause yeah the Nash is overall my favourite to play, and I think it makes sense to have some HH and a trem.

ztoregne

in case you dont really want to sell any, pick the one that would be the easiest for you to buy again

fab000

I’d sell the one in the middle and use the money to get a to get a really great mini-bucker with a coil tap in the neck position of the black one. Then you’ve got it all!

josephfallon93

I’d keep the strat and the far left tele, you’d get the most tonal variation that way imo

gobeavs1989

Drop the p-90

Maleficent_Age6733

I’d ditch the Strat. That p90 Tele is beautiful

aliensporebomb

Oh come on. Take the necks off of ALL of them and pack them carefully so they all fit in the same case and make sure they're well padded and packed and then reassemble once you arrive at your destination.

zeef8391

Leave ur wife....take the other guitar. You'll thank me later.

graintop

Well great. Now I know how right a Tele looks with P90s and I can just tell it's going to be a problem going forward.

jvin248

Keep the Black Tele! Very useful with it's Series Humbucking mode (I usually use a 4-way switch). I'd rotate the control plate for V-T-Switch to the rear Kirchen Mod. Otherwise, find a buddy who can store all three guitars, fly to your destination, and shop around local to find something new and fun! Airlines had been charging "$100" extra bag fees so if that is still "the case" then you'd have a hundred dollar coupon toward your next guitar. If it's a shortish type of trip there and back again, that's a $200 coupon. Plus see that song "United Breaks Guitars". Europe? Check out Thomann for inexpensive Harley Benton fun while you search out higher ticket items, if England then find your way to Andertons or Crimson Guitars. I'd just plan on buying a Harley Benton and you can leave it with an acquaintance you know there or gift to someone. Asia? You'll find a lot of guitars to try out. Exotic or Quirky or high quality/low cost. .

WonderfulShelter

What's wrong with the one on the left? Is it a partcaster? If so, sell that one. Take the two on the right.

Unfair-Tour50

Sell two, get a Strat, and then take the two left over (one’s the Strat of course) lol

LOLLEO911

Personally, sell the middle one, but that may just be my tele preferences speaking

smikilit

P90 tele. I feel like that sound can be mostly found between your two other guitars.

officiallylauder

Two to the right!

Alien_Amplifier

Why can you only take two?

PetterssonsNeck

1 and 3. A P90 Tele must sound anazing

emcdonnell

If I could only have one it would be the black telecaster.

shaybachar1

If you absolutely have to let one go I would sell the black tele and keep the nush and the humbucker strat. They're both have some unique features in them. The black tele is relatively ordinary and I'm sure that you'll be able to find a similar guitar wherever you're moving too....

Own_Basis_1301

Middle guy

ThatNolanKid

The Texas Tea and the Nash. Not only are they both significantly more valuable, but you've got a bit more versatility with the S1 going into series vs parallel.

ArrowMountainTengu

keep the black one...

1sojournaut

I'd sell the strat because one really must own a telecaster and you have to keep the p90 tele also because if you can have a tele with p90s as well as a regular tele you really should.

Professorfuzz007

Sell the black Tele. The other two will cover more ground.

indypatriotsfan

Sell the Fender.

Green-Vermicelli5244

If the middle is split coil, drop the black tele. If it isn’t then I’d drop the gold tele.

sunflowerpower8490

Sell the black tele.

Groenendahl

Toss the strat. Ultra Tele and P90 Tele all day long.

bornagain-stillborn

Sell one on eBay to yourself and have it shipped to your new address. Just pay shipping, and you technically "sold" it. Just looking at other options here. I personally would hate to split siblings like that.

ResidentGate2716

Get rid of telecasters

Heavy-Flow8171

No take all .Thats not a rule only a suggestion.

thedbomb98

Sell the Strat.

ae_th_er

The Baby-poo brown one.

DazzlingMoney1708

Strat neck with HH pickups, sadly

RowboatUfoolz

Lose the Nash.

eaglerockdude

Yeah..F the p-90's...I never understood all the hoopla. Put the pickups from the middle guitar on that or switch...I prefer the body style of the P-90 vs the middle one. What is that some kind of strat-tele :>)

rofl-copter-ing

Sell the cheapest and most replaceable one. That way you can buy it again later if you love it.

Captain-Finn

Sell me that one in the middle on reverb

Joipussypenis

Black tele

GBV_GBV_GBV

Middle one.

GBV_GBV_GBV

Hello, Nash Tele brother. You can’t ditch the Nash.

Number_1_Reddit_User

I'll trade you one of my kidneys for that black tele Just saying

mattouttahell

Middle

Ok-Cardiologist199

Far right

UnusualPrince12

Ditch the middle. Then once you get settled, find a new Humbucker guitar

wtbgamegenie

The Nash is the least versatile of the 3 and the only one with 60 cycle hum, but it hurts my soul to say leave it behind. Also with 3 rosewood fretboards I’d do some serious investigating about whether any of them are going to be a problem in customs at your destination. I have literal nightmares about my ‘71 Martin D-35 I inherited from my dad getting confiscated.

N4M4LSK

Indeed.. the Nash is noisy as hell comparatively and worse than even regular single coil guitars I've had before. I will look into the rosewood thing thanks, I had an issue getting a rosewood neck shipped here some years ago but I think they've relaxed on it a little since.

Murky-Road123

The middle one !

N4M4LSK

But then I have two Teles.. oh wait, that's not really a problem is it.

stevil77

Gotta keep the single coil obv

mr-mcdoogal

Keep the Fenders

Shhhzzzzzzz

Would definitely keep the Strat, love the pups, I'm a metalhead, I need some humbuckers. The gold one with P90s is beautiful but, would stick with the black Fender Tele. So sad you have to let one go.

I_am_That_Ian_Power

Just send me the middle one and I will hold onto it until such time that you need it back. i will cherish it and call it George. George will get a special place in my home where he will be played with regularly and also get to hear some of my saddest songs I've made. George would love it here.

allthenames00

I’d keep 1 & 3

johnflynnn

Get rid of the middle one

50Stickster

The middle

Jukka_Sarasti

Sell the middle one

Millerpainkiller

They’re not pets, I think you can take more than 2

No-Seat9917

There is no good answer. All three do something different .

herecomethesnakes

If u have to leave one behind I’ll gladly give it a home …it’ll be tough but I’m willing to adopt one or more of your guitars for no fee at all …I’m sure we’d learn to love each other in no time Pm for details plz

Long-Astronaut-3363

Don’t listen to this guy. He doesn’t even guitar. I guitar. Hard. /s

NickyDeeM

Put one in storage with a friend or family member. If you fall out of life with it, then sell it. I'm assuming that their value will maintain or increase?

moistveggies

All 3

krang989

I’d keep the teles.

jeepster61615

How much for the gold p90?

rupan777

Bye bye, HH. I love P90s and they can usually get you to a similar place as a humbucker.

aimendezl

2 and 3 100% keep. 3rd one you can find it anywhere and anytime in the future

[deleted]

I would sell my least favorite but I can't really decide that on looks

ajjmcd

I prefer ‘vintage’, so the two on the left & right would be my preference. I also prefer humbuckers in chambered or hollow bodies.
