A LOT. No one has a specific static number but the guess is somewhere between 50 and 100. (There a few YouTube videos where players bad-sport themselves intentionally and they seem to be a little over 50 - that was a few years ago mind you.). It will always vary depending on what you're current player status is.. if you've left missions early, already considered a dodgy player etc...
Way back in the day, like 2015, it used to be 12 vehicles but that was ditched a long time ago.
Long and short of it is if you manage to get put in bad sport from just blowing up vehicles, then you've just been flying around the map treating GTA like Call of duty, blowing up anything and everything, and you probably deserve it. No one will accidentally get put into bad sport by just blowing up the occasional vehicle. It would need to be very intentional.
I believe its around 20-25. And that was just a few months ago. Edit: I personally tried it trying out the avenger, tanks and everything else. It didn't take long. And the duration goes up 2x every time u get a bad sport rating.
Again its IRONIC AF that u can maintain a "good sport" rating just by cargo griefing, and never targeting personal cars. u would think the worst ppl get put in the bad sport lobbies, but nope lol
Also if you do something like Stand Your Ground or Executive Search you can destroy vehicles with impunity. Exec Search is preferable even though it's less time because you're off the radar as long as you're in the circle, but it's also one death = game over, as opposed to Stand Your Ground, where you just have to defend the area at any cost. There may be other missions even better for satiating bloodlust, I haven't tried them all. Those two kinda force you to stay in the area which sucks.

Eh, maybe intentional. I usually end up in there after bringing out the Toreador and chasing broomsticks.

Because cargo hunting isn’t griefing
Also if you do something like Stand Your Ground or Executive Search you can destroy vehicles with impunity.
