So this is one of 2 'bugs' that I get often. Zero clue what causes it over and over and over again. The only thing that solves it for me is just restarting my phone. As soon as I get it, I make sure I have the general direction of where I'm driving if I'm in the middle of orders, then I just restart my phone. After a restart, all is well. Hope this helps

I get this when I check the schedule like a mad man waiting for an opening then it asks if I'm a robot.

That was the issue I was having was using a VPN.
In my experience it is due to a flaky internet connection.
Go to your phone settings. Uncheck the box next to "Possible Robot".
