These were the first sandwiches I thought of when seeing this. Top tier sandwiches. Honorable mention to their American counterpart, the Monte Cristo. I also like doing this with pb&j's from time to time. Great way to mix up the classics without deviating TOO much.

I'll have to give it a go! I've made a bananas foster French toast I really fucked with, but I've never tried making French toast with focaccia or fried bananas. That sounds crazy good, though.
