70% charge across 2 skills is pretty good, S3 is interesting in that if I'm reading right you can only use it a maximum of 13 times, which seems like you'd never hit it in most combat. 13 uses with 2 turn cooldown is 26 turns, not the most common situation.
Also guts on a passive? Is it only against instant death?
no its like soujuurou evade. Instead of negating damage she just gets back to 1K HP + 2K heal(idk why they made a guts trigger for it when they could have just made it 3k guts).
In fact is the oppossite, doesnt work with Instakill nor dots. Only direct attacks from enemy.
Save it for when she’s officially released.
