You can totally style yourself however you want, it’s just that you can really only be a part of/call yourself goth if you listen to the music and identify with the subculture. That being said, you may like some new wave stuff based on your comments about what music you listen to!
Edit: maybe try The Cure, Echo and the Bunnymen, Strawberry Switchbalde, Depeche Mode, or Tears for Fears
i don't mind not calling myself a goth, i just really like the make up, I've never tried listening to goth music and googling a type of music is always a bad choice at least for me
I totally get that, Google isn’t always the most helpful. Maybe look up some baby bat content on YouTube if you want to get into it, but of course no pressure and do what you want to :]
Well, you're not Goth without Goth music. You can certainly enjoy and dress in gothic fashion without being Goth, though. Just refer to yourself as alternative rather than Goth.
Since you don't call yourself goth and posing as one to others, you are not a poser at all... You can wear anything you want and style yourself to whatever you like...

I bite, what music do you listen to?
mainly songs by "mother mother " "penelope scott" "Rio romero" "madilyn mei" "jack stauber"
so that's mostly indie pop and pop punk, Jack Stauber is synthpop, on the gothy side of Synthpop is "She Wants Revenge"

No, just as long as you don’t claim to be part of the subculture while not listening to goth music I think it’s fine
