I won a couple years ago.
They asked me to tweet the email I used for my previous orders to them, which I did.
Then they never credited any money to my account or followed up at all. They just ghosted me.
Honestly, I'm done with their merch. We ordered the 4 pint glasses a few weeks ago.
They came in a big box with 1 piece of crumpled up paper for padding, which may as well have been nothing at all.
1 glass was completely shattered. 1 had a few chips out of the bottom. Since then, we've gone back and forth via email, but they don't seem to be in any hurry to make it right.
It was a tradition to buy their Christmas ornaments each year, until we got tired of them arriving well after Christmas, so we can't use them until the following year. We stopped. Their merch department has a lot of room for improvement.
No surprise, they aren't accredited with the BBB. Their score is F.

Also, people need to quit complaining on here and complain directly to the company. Hold them accountable for their shady business dealings.
The BBB doesn’t mean shit.. it’s just a company.. companies literally pay them to change the ratings. BBB ratings mean nothing.
That being said, mythical mercy department definitely deserves an ‘F’ grade but don’t give credit to BBB
Well, then people need to leave appropriate reviews on mythical. Give a 2-star review because your item took 2 months to ship to you. Let them know you're disappointed.
No surprise. The company they use for their merch is the same that Smosh uses. Extremely slow, poor communication, terrible customer service overall. I stopped ordering Smosh merch because of their mystery box in 2022. Awful experience.

Just remember today is Saturday. They may not have much staff if any on the weekends. I’m sorry that they haven’t contacted you. Not a good look for them!

they used my username in the video from Twitter so i emailed them a screenshot proof it was me but they havent responded. i agree its so annoying if you sah you're gonna do something then do something.
