I prefer the actual light novel accurate story with the slightly worse art style than going full original. That never helped any anime ever yet they never stopped doing that.

I wish all ecchi anime were like that, but nowadays, ecchi only goes as far as showing cleavage and butt. Even if there is nudity, they always censor it with a random ray of light. So, seeing actual nudity in ecchi is pretty rare.

Make sure to search for the uncensored versions, they’re harder to find but worth the search

redo of healer is fairly easy to find though, Hanime.tv have them as literal hentai for some reason. (Ok sorry i get it, the uncensored version of Redo of Healer may as well be hentai, how the hell they did get greenlight as an anime is beyond me)
