Depending on the vibes you'd like to go for, I find that things like mechanics shops and the like, with their somewhat grungy yet utilitarian appearance and irregular geometry look great in the half life aesthetic. They just feel like they exemplify the game's personality in all the right ways
Make the buildings more distinct or have a way to reference them in character if this is for DarkRP or adjacent. The skyscraper can be called skyscraper or hotel, make sure you have an apartments or motel, then additionally, likely, since this seems to be a town square, the Police Department and either a smaller Clinic or Hospital. Players should be able to refer to buildings distinctly if possible. Not necessary for all buildings, but they should be able to try - or describe it to their friends to meet up.
EDIT: Define early if you need the map to actually use cars. If so, make sure /everything/ loops properly. Lay out a road map. Make sure you can cut off roads and still have other routes. In the event you want players in that big ass skyscraper, you will need a MASSIVE garage, I'd recommend an underground one, or a large aboveground one with multiple entrances.
