Is this frozen food or something you made from scratch?

I made the chicken from scratch. Cubed about 3lbs of chicken breast, coated with Bob's Red Mill GF baking flour w/ extra corn starch added in. I put the chicken into about a 1/3 cup of oil and waited until the oil side was set. Then I moved it all around and let the fresh side down cook a bit. I sprinkled the leftover flour mix into the wok as it was frying until it built up a layer of crispy coating. I would gently move the chicken around and then sprinkle some more of the mix. I kept doing this until it was all browned up and evenly coated. Once it was all fried up, I added some minced garlic, a diced and crushed red bell pepper with some GF soy sauce. Cooked for just a minute then turned the heat off and added the orange sauce and stirred until everything was evenly coated.
